Great Hotel tons of room.

the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the included breakfast wasn't an english style breakfast at all. no pork. it was ok though. the pool was awesome. 3 days of internet included. that is for only 1 computer. you have to get a password each day. if you get another password for like another computer you have to pay about $8 us.
Restaurant Tip:
The Irish Pub/retaurant directly across the streat has really good food.

Spaces hotel room with friendly staff

hotel room is clean and spaces for 2 bedroom. it is quite suitable for family stay. but the coffee cups were found with stain inside and rusty inside the electrical kettle. overall the room is comfort and clean. hotel location is a bit far away (walking distance) from the lrt station. only 2 trips of shutter bus per day to klcc. hopefully to increase more trips of the shutter.

The hotel pricing is good compare with others around hotel and apartment. But the kitchen and room service is not as good as other hotel around it.

lovely hotel
I like the staff in the hotel, they are very friendly ...i have some probelm with the safety box in my room, they came immediately ..the reception very seet and courtesy not forget the hosekeeping Nepalese man so nice and helpful ...the bed also clean and the breakfast nice too :)

Travel tip:
the carpark ..you need to need to park at the second level in order to go to the reception counter.

Average hotel, poor service from staff.

The hotel continually made errors with my and others bookings. We were unable to check in on time, room keys didn't always work. Tour staff were very pushy, rude and demanding of money. A taxi ride to the city each time you need to travel anywhere.
Shopping Tip:
Time square and a large number of other major shopping centers are only about a 7 to 10 MAR fare away

apart from friendly staff. room wasn't ready on arrival. delayed check-in. room had extreme damp smell. moved to another room which had another guest luggage still in room on arrival. mouldy food in room cupboard. issues with electricity supply. not central to city.

We simply enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was recommended by many of our friends. The Family Rooms are superb big with kitchen n living rooms. Its clean. Room dining not very nice but the buffet breakfast is good with local dishes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Its nice KLCC, about 10 mins drive or $4.10 meter-taxi ride. but many taxi asked for $10. There's a small mall next to it with Secret Receipe restaurant selling Western Asian spread and Al-Musafir Restaurant selling Arabic spreads

hotel is located at the city centre with easy access to all the k.l attraction places. although the room is big, furniture are a bit old and need to be replace. hotel should provide access card for in house guests' parking as it is quite a hassle to get a verification from front desk every time to go out from the hotel.
