The hotel facilities are good; such as fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area, comfortable room and bath room. The breakfast is also good with a good choice and at the poolside restaurant.

It is very difficult to get taxis and other transport from the hotel. the taxis nearby are charging extremely high charges. It is best to walk to the main street and get a taxi with a meter.

The hotel is located not far from KLCC but far from other shopping centers. The restaurant and room service in the hotel is fairly OK, but there are very few restaurants near the hotel. Getting a vehicle for a reasonable price may be difficult; but overall the hotel and its facilities are good, specially convenient for families and those traveling with large groups.

Shopping Tip : The hotel is very close to KLCC, less than 10 minutes.

With 4 adults we found plenty of room in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The swimming pool was enjoyable and refreshing especially with the high humidity.

The rooms were rather worn and tired (not 4 star standard). The shuttle was available for drop off (on a limited schedule!)but the driver refused to bring us back when I suddenly got very ill with food poisioning. I eventually need a local ambulance.

This was our first visit to KL. We came to meet with our daughter who was heading back to Europe after a tour of Indonisia so we wanted somewhere to stay together on her last week. Unfortunately I got food posioning after only one meal in KL and finished up in hospital with suspected swine flu and placed in isolation for 18 hours. I can say that I received great service from the hospital but very little from the hotel who appeared not at all concerned about where I may have digested infected food. Hence my KL stay was limited to recuperating in the hotel room.

Shopping Tip : Great supermarket across the main road. This was a godsend in our situation.

• spacious . Unlike many hotels which are small and cramped to make the most profit out of you, the Sucasa is really like a big 1 bedroom home. • friendly staffs. • nice cosy location. • i had the standard room and it had both bathtub and shower

• its an old building and the vent sometimes stinks (esp in the morning when everyone's using the loo • this is actually an old building. the exterior is well maintained but inside, you'll find old air con machines, etc • it has a kitchenette, so you have utensils like corkscrew etc. but when i asked for toothbrush and toothpaste, they told me to buy at seven-11 opposite. So you have pots and pans but no toothbrush in the room!

The sucasa was value for money if you count by the square foot size of the room. Its the size of a hyatt deluxe or junior suite but at a very very cheap price. I had 2 TVs in bedroom and living room, a working kitchenette, bathtub and shower and lots of walking space. The exterior is very nice and staffs are friendly, so when my friends dropped me off at this cosy location, they were impressed. But in the room, everything is old. i didnt want to soak in the tub as it looked so old. The air-cons are super retro looking. and the ventilation system is not great. So the first night I actually bought aromatherapy. I also found it funny that they dun provide toothbrush/toothpaste and comb but every kitchen utensil can be found there.

Hotel Feature Tip : They provide free shuttle to klcc etc, but it operates only at 10am. So adjust your appointments. Otherwise, cab fare is less than RM$5. Internet wireless costs RM$29 for one day or RM$50 for a week, but if you are working off from the lounge, you can steal wifi connection. I notice Msians dont really bother to secure their wifi lines. Otherwise go to the persian restaurant for a cheaper wifi card at RM$5

location, friendliness of staff, the fact that it is not a hotel. You have a lounge, kitchen and separate bedroom.Great swimming pool.

For the three days we stayed in the hotel there was a pile of used plates and cutlery left out in the hallway, obviously ordered from room service that they had forgotten to collect.

The Nomad Sucasa All Suites Hotel, is located on Embassy Road.As a long term expat living on Phuket in Thailand,my wife and I have to get working visas from an embassy outside of Thailand.Kuala lumpar is the most convenient port of call.We have stayed at many different hotels in KL and now having stayed at the Nomad Sucasa for the second time and we find that the location, friendliness of staff and room space just what we need as a home away from home.We now recommend the Nomad Sucasa to all our friends here on Phuket to stay there for there annual visa runs.

Restaurant Tip : Great restaurant called the Porta Romana,2 minutes walk from the hotel.Excellent Pizzas and good lamb dishes.

Central location, eating places in local area,Huge rooms, helpfull staff

in need of a face lift (touch up only)

We are a family of 4 2A 2C (5 and 7) most hotels are for a family of 3 with a matress for the fourth child on the floor. This hotel has HUGE rooms with a king bed and space seperate bathroom (shower AND bath) a TV/ kitchen room ans a another bedroom with 2 large single beds with its own bathroom The hotel is about 2 Kms from Petronas Towers and can be easily walked to. There is a good selection of restraunts accross the road from the hotel and a small shopping centre Taxi fare ranges from 10 MYR to 4 MRY depending on the driver. We found the local Malaysian drivers the cheapest and the most informative Huge pool for the kids We had a wonderful time there and would thoughly recomend it for travellers

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Call Jasmani for a very helpful english speaking taxi driver 0136018928

Very clean and cozy.

very few eatery around the hotel

this is my first time at this hotel and i'm palnning to stay at this hotel each time i come to KL. Its really designed like a home, with living and dining halls. You have your own privacy within your family members. They also provide shuttle service to hotspots around KL. Their breakfast is great too, with chefs cooking eggs (cooked to your preferred style) on the spot! Recommeneded big time!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Aquarium situated at KLCC is a great spot to go, especially watching the piranhas feasting!

Big Room, suitable stay

too long time to check in, not many multi adapter.

I am happy to stay in Sucasa. Big room with all necessary, like electrical water bottle, microwave oven. Also there is a big bathroom, with bathtub and shower room. From the window of the room, we could easily see the view of Twin Tower. It is about 15 muinutes away from KLCC. So the location is very good based on this price. The housekeeping is also good.

Big, lovely toilets, fully equip kitchen.

Walk to the city area at least 20 mins.

Went to KL for the F1 race and it was my first time booking this hotel. I drove up frpm Singapore and surprisingly it was quite easy to find. Room is a pleasant surprise. It's huge with a kitchenette and i love the toilet. 7-11 is just across the hotel. accessible and 24hours. Buffet breakfast is good. Service wasn't too bad but safe was spoilt n conceirge did not repair it nor change the room for me. nonethelessly, it's a great hotel. would come back again.

Good-sized clean suites, suitable for family of 4.

Smokers light up in the lifts which makes it unpleasant for those of us who are nonsmokers.

For our first time in KL the Sucasa was a great choice. Its price was reasonable for a family of 4 and it is in close proximity to attractions - just a short taxi ride generally.

Restaurant Tip : Suzi's corner has the best steaks ever!!

Good location, clean and tidy.

No slippers provided

The lobby does not look like a hotel and I cannot find the name of the hotel even in the entrance! But the room is much bigger and more facilities than we expected. The staff are helpful and they are good at English. A wonderful low-profile hotel. Good choice and worth to stay for sure in KL.

Freshly refurbished and neat rooms.

Very disappointing service. No restaurant.

I travel to Kuala Lumpur 4-5 times a year. I usually stay at different hotels, mainly because I have yet to find one that has a good all-round performance. While this hotel does not pretend to be a 5-Star hotel, it should have the basics right. Amongst a number of small but annoying matters, like the staff not following up on internet vouchers, the most disappointing matter was that I had to ask three times to have my room tidied up, and in the end had to speak to the hotel manager to have the room cleaned late in the afternoon. If I had not complained to the manager, it would not have been done, even though it was promised on three occasions. The 'Bistro' is only open for breakfast from 7AM-11AM and the quality of the food is nothing to rush for. It's a pity that the service is so poor, because the property has a lot going for it and the staff are friendly. It just seems they don't care about their work, or the guest too much.

Restaurant Tip : An inexpensive Italian restaurant, serving good food can be found across the road. Also a deli/pub is good value, also across the road.

The room were large and there were a lot of space to move in.

None

It was a very good hotel with a perfect location. It was a walking distance to the Petronas twin towers and the KLCC. The staff was very helpful and service minded. The pool was nice and clean and big enough for teens. The breakfast was OK with a lot of fruits and options for kids.
