there were a big family just staying in top of our room at level 19th and playing game and have loud laughter till 6 am.
we had complaint to night shift and they sent hotel security. I don't think I choose this hotel once again.

Clean rooms, amenities, and helpful staff! There is a 7-11 right in front. Old carpet smell, slightly far from KLCC if you are looking for a hotel within the city centre. Also there is no 24 hours restaurents! A nicely located hotel for us! Not within the city's noise and pollution, yet pretty short distance to all the city's major attarctions. The hotel's smily staff are courteous, helpful. We drove from Singapore - and the parking is safe and clean. There is a good persian restaurent right front of the hotel, also a 7-11 convenience store for your daily needs. Since all the rooms are 'suits kind' - it offers ample space for kids to run around. We really enjoyed the stay there!

Spacious room, I expected small.
Large flat screen with DVD.
Self contained. Comfey bed.Comefy lounge. No morning news paper.
A surprise, cash only for room service, of course pre-paid. The Nomad Sucasa KL Malaysia. Booked through Agoda for a budget good hotel. A contradiction in terms. No. I found the Nomad Sucasa to be more than what I expected. I'm used to "cheap" hotels and the Nomad Sucasa was not what I expected a "cheaper" hotel to be. On arrival I was impressed with the decor. 1st plus. Check-in was quick and painless and with in 5 mins I was in my room. Security lifts, your room card is needeed for the lift. Ah room 10**, a little room with no character. Wrong, what I found was a self contained appartment with much more room than I needed for 2 nights stay. My plan while on a wee stop over for business was to sleep in a room and get out for the rest of the time sight seeing. Well, this did not occur. What with DVD flat screen TV,a very comefy lounge, good room service and a good selection of TV channels, I spent the whole time in my room relaxing. Only to venture out for breakfast.
Room service and house keeping were very prompt. Certainly next time I'm in KL I will be staying at the Nomad Sucasa.
Shopping Tip : A great super market for food stuffs and refreshments just across the road catering for all expates.

I have to say that I like the city of Kuala Lumpur very much. I thing the price of hotel rent is very reasonable. It's good stay for couple, family and single. Desk people are very helpful and have the warm sense towards hotel guest. Hall is just geart, very open area and good to spend some time for reading or even drinking some tea or coffe. It will be nice if the hotel provide a shuttle bus to city center during mornning hours.
Shopping Tip : 7/11 can provide good quick service to hotel customers.

Big room, value for money I stayed in Nomad sucasa for a business trip plus a holiday. The room is big and spacious. Clean and also well prepared. The bathroom is also fine.
I like also the location, since it's not situated in a busy street, but still within close distance to the city center (twin tower, KLCC, etc).
Acroos the Ampang street, you'll find a Hok Choon supermarket where you can find all the ingredients to cook by yourself in your room. The cooking tools is provided and complete enough to make any kind of meal.
My only problem staying here is some old amenities. The television is kind a old and one of them already display false tinted color.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel provide free shuttle to KLCC and Bukit Bintang area. Check the schedule in a lobby.

Facilities available in the room Some of the facilities available are too old and not clean like kettle In avergae the hotel services are good. I had enjoyable stay in the hotel. The facilities available in the room is too old and not clean. Hotel lobby is too small and not inviting. Most of the staff are friendly and their services are good. I hope this will be improved in a near future.
Shopping Tip : Since the hotel is close to KLCC, most of the shopping venues are very close.

good room service
and very clean. my hotel stay for 2 days was very pleasent.
upon arrival the front desk personal where very welcomming verified and checked us into our rooms within 5 mins.i had a 2 bedroom suit, it was very spacious with each room having its own bathroom and tub, large closets to fit cloth for a month,it also has a little kitchen area with dishes and silverware so for extended stay it is ideal, room service 24 hrs available. you had lots of freedom and everyone mided there own buissness. there is a good wine shop at the bottom and the pool is great. the spa on the bottom floor is acceptable.overall for the price wthe place was really very good.
Nightlife Tip : BEACH CLUB ABD ZOUK are the places to go.

Hotel staff is friendly and rooms are neat and tidy. next to the hotel is a shopping mall which there are convenience stores for snacks. I was told by one of the reviews that the KLCC was 10 mins walking distance away..however it took more than that to walk all the way from the hotel. despite the location of the hotel we will still visit nomad sucasa again cos of the friendly staff and area.

Clean, fully furnished (like an apartment) room, enthusiastic staffs. No adapter for foreign guests (actually they did, but it didn't fit Australian equipment!)
Inconvenient location for walking around(ex: must take a taxi to Bukit Bintang for food)
Expensive Wifi (they charged about 35RM for a package of 24h while I just needed 2 send an email - I mean they could have smaller package)
Channel ESPN signal wasn't good I got a room in Nomad Sucasa with via Agoda, and I reckon I was satisfied with it.
Although it took time 4 me to hunter 4 an adapter in Ampang Park and a bit scared when taking a taxi back to the hotel at night time (unlike hotels in Bukit Bintang, you can hang around very late), my stay was overall good.

Comfortable, convenient. Staff is helpful. Room Service, especially in terms of water & tea bags. The no of teabags in the room are insufficient. We were 5 of us in the apartment but there were only 2 teabags provide. We had to keep requesting everytime & wait for it to be delivered. The quantity should be decide on the occupancy & not as per room.
Otherwise, it is a very good place to stay, very convenient & staff are very helpful & considerate.
Shopping Tip : A good convenience store is located close by.

The best thing about the Hotel is the location. And the private shuttle service that bring guests to KLCC and Pavilion which are the popular shopping mall.
There is no free internet access. And the charges of the internet is very expensive. RM29.00 for 24 hours is too much.

Quiet, clean, courtesy, food, key location. Restaurant is a bit costly. A wonderful stay, we already went there before, and this is our reference point in KL. Also the courtesy of staff is remarkable. Good for business, tourism and family stays. Close enough to underground and KLCC. A must see.
Nightlife Tip : Jalan Ampang offers a wide variety of bars, it became full of life in the evening... Give it a try!

The lift. You must introduce your room key to open the lift. The hotel is located in the city centre which is near the Petronas twin towers and KL biggest shopping mall (Suria). The receptionists are very nice and open. The hotel's swimming pool might be a good place to relax. There's a spa next to the swimming pool which is a good choice for those who want to enjoy there stay in Sucasa.

Excellent Location (very close to KLCC),
Good facilities in hotel,
Friendly staff Need to have more choice of food for Vegetarians,
Tour Desk (external travel agent) needs to be properly managed as most of the time I couldn't find anybody over there A very enjoyable stay considering I had travelled with my parents who were very thrilled as soon as we got in. The 2 bedroom serviced apartment was fully furnished and the kitchen was filled with facilities to cook which really made up for our happy stay for 2 days. The rooms were very neat and tidy and well serviced.
Hotel staff were quite helpful on my request for early check-in (though I preferred to wait for a room with 2 bathrooms).
Proximity of the hotel to KLCC is a huge advantage and hence you don't need to rely on Public transportation. Taxi to KLCC costs you less than 10 RM.
Though complimentary Breakfast was provided, there is only a very limited choice for Vegetarians (something the hotel needs to look into to attract more people). Also the cost of Wifi Internet Access is quite expensive.
Overall I would rate the hotel as a Very good value for Money
