The Hotel is in the convenient Golden Triangle district. The great shopping malls are a walk distance. It has a nice business environment.

Late check out service for customers to Europe to early.

The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur is a great five star accomodation with grandeur service. The late checkout service needs to be more flexible for people flying back to Europe.

RECEPTION , BREAKFAST

We was a group of 6 persons , travelling to Bali with a little short break in Malayesia for visit Kuala Lumpur.Even we stay only 2 nights we enjoyed a lot all our room facilities and very good services of the spa as well as the best hotel position in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It was a very nice experience but I think the reception is not in the Ritz standards and also breakfast have to be improved.

The reception is awful. I gotta pay twice because of Ritz's fault.
