Comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Excellent location for walking to shopping plazas

had everything we needed in the rooms and a reasonable walk to china town, petronas towers and kl tower. breakfast was more than sufficient.
Shopping Tip:
Everything available within short walking distance, ie. clothes, electronics, cosmetics etc

Very Basic Hotel - Good Location Only

- ants in one of the rooms
- food rating: 5 out of 10
- breakfast buffet : very basic / food qulaity only edible
- room rating: 5 out of 10
- could not fix the cable tv although one channel was in english
- concierge and most staff are nice and friendly
- price is good but should be even cheaper by 10%
overall: may go there just for the price and location again but know now what to expect!
Restaurant Tip:
Eat at Chicking becuase it has good value for money

had a pleasant stay for only 4 nights.arrived very early,so we were very pleasantly surprised to be offered a room immediately.
basic facilities,all quite aged but reasonably maintained and clean.good size rooms with usual fittings, with in room safe and iron/board,which came in handy.breakfast was basic but you didnt go away hungry.not a good selection that you would expect from a property that rates itself as 4 star though.
would not discount staying again,however we have stayed at better in the same area for the same or less,so check the prices.

Great location and the rooms is wonderful
Bukit Bintang just by the corner

easy access to monorail and shopping malls. a walking distance to all the famous shopping malls. berjaya times square is just 5 min walking distance and you can catch the monorail system there. you can find cheap foot massage at berjaya compare to the streets at bukit bintang.
Restaurant Tip:
dine at Papa restaurant they foods serving is delicious & affordable.

Service from the heart
Security measure (safety) is good, make the guest comfortable staying in the hotel.

The Royale Bintang Hotel was and always my choice during my stay in KL since the early 20's cause of the location, safety and friendly staffs who's always make guests comfortable with their friendly nature (extra miles)... Kudos to the team

I really liked the pool and the location mainly.Most of the staff were very helpful and beds comfortable

There were lots of things as stated above that I liked but we had2 seperate stays here and both times I requested rooms next to each other as we were travelling with our children (8months prior) and both times they could not do this. The hotel is massive so............ Also staff very slow to check in... I requested an early morning wake up call and as its really dark over there until 7.00 am and didn't trust my alarm. I didn't get this call and called the desk to ask what time it was.. It was 1/2 later than my requested call...thankgoodness we had heaps ot time. Apart from these things all else was good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Always get a metered Taxi or buy coupons before going with one otherwise you will get ripped off as we found out.....
