The stay at The Royale Bintang was good except for the check-in took time approx. about 40 mins. The staff was disorganised and only 2 staff on dut. Anyway, overall the stay was satisfied.

My first allocated room was very bad ie dirty bedsheet, pillow cover and even Cockroaches running around the headboard. Demanded to change room and the second room was much cleaner and better.
