this hotel shall be the best choice if you come to kula lumpur for both business & shopping trip. shopping mall and restaurants are around the hotel in walking distance. also easy access to go to any other places in kula lumpur.

Good carpark as I just entered the building. The checking in in the front office is rather slow, as we see quene picking up. The booking at Agonda gives us an upgrade to Exceutive suite which is great for a family of three. Facilities within the hotel is fanstatic as shopping and eating is just within walking distance.

"Nice hotel with an awesome location"
location is superb as its near all the shopping centers and food outlets, clean rooms but the toilet needs a hose!

the location of the hotel is excellent as it's within walking distance from all the shopping centers such as sungei wang plaza, lot10 and also the pavilion where you can get all kinds of stuffs from diverse price ranges and brands. food is also excellent as there's commercial food outlets such as kfc, secret recipes and subways. moreover, there's a indian/pakistani restaurant nearby the hotel and other restaurants such as nandos and tony roma's. the hotel is very decent for the price and very clean with friendly staff that is willing to offer you help and assistance promptly. i'm very satisfied with the stay at royale bintang hotel.
Shopping Tip:
If you are into branded goods and excellent food, take a 15 minutes walk along Bukit Bintang from the hotel to Pavilion where you can get a massive variety of cuisines to choose from at the Basement 1 level and theres fantastic shopping outlets near the hotel area such as Lot10, Pavilion and for more casual shoppers, there's always Sungei Wang Plaza where you can get really nice afforable stuffs!

Great location but service could be bettet

i enjoyed the stay in this hotel. my family liked the place there. it is a good 4 star hotel. this is my second time in this hotel. i even can see the twin towers from my windows. i wish staff service to be better. i had to carry my bags to my room.

Nice hotel without necessary refurbishments

1. Carpark was dark and not well lit. Can be a little bit cramp by modern standards.
2. Room was filled with fungus smell. Carpet was dirty. However the bed and pillow is fine.
3. Breakfast was bad. The omelette cooker was rude to the hotel guests.

Well located, reasonably priced.

Near to the Bukit Bintang eating areas especially good for tourists to try local food. I decided on this hotel among some of the others because of the location and free internet. The service was pretty good and although te check-in took some time and my details wasn't updated in their system even though I booked the night before arrival, they allowed me to check-in at 11.45am which was very nice, better than other hotels. The room and facilities in the room are oldish but good enough to use. The internet id and password could be improved as it is unfriendly. I stayed at another hotel and they only use surname as my ID and room number as my password. There is apparently a very good SPA in the hotel but I didn't have the time to try it out.

stayed here again, so can't be bad! as every, service was fine, rooms are nice, just need a little work, and the location is great for being in the thick of things. which really pisses me off! but other than that, not too bad at all.
