Great services in a good location
Reception counter are speedy & friendly. Good location near to shopping belt & eateries

They have connecting rooms which is important to my family traveling with toddlers. Wifi are available. Room size are okay. Great location within the shopping belt of Bukit Bintang & eateries at Jalan Alor.
Room for improvment will be the breakfast which are ready medicore & bland. I will opt for no breakfast if i was to return.

Overall well satisfied with the hotel. We stayed only one night at this hotel. We booked a Deluxe room. We stayed on the 13th floor. Seemed to me like the room was just newly renovated. The whole room was nice & bright. The bed was not too hard. They had a few more better channels available on cable. The person at the reception was also very good. Only drawback I would say is the wireless, which kept dropping off. We don't know why though. We had stayed 2 previous nights at Federal hotel (next door to Royale Bintang). It was such a bad experience. So moving to Royale Bintang was so much more satisfying. And price wise, was only a difference of a small fraction. So we were regretting not staying all the 3 nights in RB instead. We have stayed in RB before. Comparatively, this deluxe room was so much better than the Superior room we had stayed in previously. The rooms looked a bit more worn out and older previously. The deluxe room seemed very new. Breakfast was good. Location wise, just great. Situated right at the centre of all shopping places & night life. Will recommend people to stay here.

had a few problems with the room but problems was solved almost instantly or you can just ask again since their policy is that you have to be in the room for some problems i.e safe is locked. we had a few problems like leaking pipes, bathtub stopper jammed which was rectified by the time we got back to the hotel. quite spacious for what you are paying and good breakfast.

Lovely and suitable for couple or two person

Good customer service and manager. I buy for deluxe room and i got king size bed. No need to pay deposit because i buying directly from agoda. For the first time hotels i stay n this hotel no need to pay deposit, maybe around RM196.00. Near with Sungei Wang, Low Yatt, Times Square and many more! I love to stay here!
Shopping Tip:
Near with Times Square also Pavilion. Suitable if you want to travel or shooping in town.

locations is perfect to walk around bukit bintang , hotel's appearance very good but car park area a bit far and out from the lobby. room air cond not function well.
breakfast food not worth the value.

I found the breakfast buffet was ordinary, you couldn't get any decent fruit or western food in the morning, it was so busy and they only had tin fruit and rockmelon available. The rooms were small, needed a upgrade of the carpet, a new paint on the ceiling would be a good idea. I asked for a room with views of the KL towers, they said only one available was on 5th level, too close to the street, so pretty noisy. The health spa on 3rd floor was clean and friendly.

was my 2nd stay in this hotel. great location. clean room. friendly staffs. Average breakfast spread.
but the aircon of my room wasnt cold. good hotel for all types of travellors. will come back to this hotel if to stay arounf Bt Bintang area.
