The Royale Bintang Hotel KL

Stayed in the deluxe room from 23 to 25 Feb 2013. The hotel is located at the end of Bukit Bintang and can be reached directly if you take the Star Shuttle service (MYR18) from KLIA. The hotel looks a bit rundown from the outside, but the rooms were nice and comfortable with free wifi which is stable but weak. The staff were polite. Breakfast has limited variety, but edible and filling. The hotel is located near to Jalan Alor which is where you are able to find good food and within walking distance (15mins) to Chinatown.

We have stayed in the Royal Bintang in the past but it has definitely gone down hill.when we arrived at 6 pm. We were sent up to our room. Couldn't get in. And when we did get in the the was unmade. The second room given to us was unmade too...surprise..surprise.Finally we were given a third room. Shabby. Furniture and linen were old...definitely Not of a 4 star standard. Corridors were filled with furniture ,trolleys and linen. Next morning the drilling started. It was so very noisy.. We had to ring down twice to get it stopped. I will definitely not recommending this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoy stay at the royale bintang hotel, very clean room, nice breakfast, very close to lawyat plasa (3 minutes walking♥) pavillion 10 minutes, near imbi station 5-10 minutes walking, at a very famous bukit bintang street..! definitely will comeback again. Ive got very good deal from agoda only about 180 rm!!!

Ask for newly refurbish room.. you wont regret your stay!

The hotel really looks old even the towel not proper anymore. The waitress also not kind and not giving best service. But the location very nice in the middle of shopping area and so crowded.
