Musty smell but room was reasonably-sized
Hotel is located at one end of Bukit Bintang which is ideal for shopping & dining

There was a strong musty smell the minute we stepped out of the lift.
Room is good-sized though it could use a new coat of paint & some touch-ups.
There was great food just opp the hotel along Jln Alor.
Shopping was great as location was right at the one end of Bukit Bintang.

Served by a polite & courteous front office staff. Didn't aspect to have a spacious room. Surrounded by shopping malls & food paradise. Recommend any type of travelers for this hotel. Will come back here if stay along Bukit Bintang area.

we booked the hotel 4 months ago. my family of 4 check in but not housed in a connecting room even though there such room types are available.
no hair dryer and the TV reception is poor

The location of this hotel is good as it is in the middle of the famous places like pavilion, berjaya times square and other malls. They are all a short 5 minutes walk away and we didn't have to take any other form of transport.
However, we were relatively disappointed in the hotel's safety guidelines as well as their service. Our door was faulty and even the bellboy needed 6 to 7 tries before getting in. However, the staff just accounted this to the fact that the hotel is old and did not apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our request to change room was also rejected as they said it was a common problem. Over our next three days of stay, we often have to reprogram our hotel cards due to the door problem and we were alarmed to find out the staff didn't check for our particulars before reprogramming our cards. We commented this to the manager who further reassured our safety ironically. Hence, I would like to recommend that travelers be more careful when visiting the hotel and do not leave valuables lying around. We hope that the hotel has tighten their security since our suggestion.
Other than the above issue, room was relatively clean and big.

Great Location and lovely room
Great Location with full of shopping and restaurants. Service is good and room is very clean.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Always love the location and food and shopping around the hotel. There is always the Wifi available in the room. The staff service with a smile.
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is very near to Changkat strip where the pubs and restaurants are a plenty. Most places closes at 3am and local food stall are just around for supper.

Great location but dirty towels
Great location. Very convenient for shopping and eating.

It has a very good location with lots of shopping within walking distance. Pavillon is about 10min walk away. It has its own carpark so its gd for those of u who drove to KL. Lots of massage n foot reflex along the stretch of road. Jln Alor where u'll find lots of good street food is jus across the road. But found a dirty spot stain on one of the towels in the room. On our 2nd day the chambermaid only made the bed n clear e rubbish bin, did not wash e cups or wash the toilet. The worst was when we return at abt 1am on the 1st night, the lights along the corridor was not on. It was total darkness from the lobby to our room. It was really scary n makes me feel totally unsafe. If u'll looking for a clean n safe hotel, this hotel is denfinitely out.
