good locations, accessiable and central to many attractions

it's a nice hotel. the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel is within walking distance to many shopping centre. There is a food street just opposite which takes around 5 mins to walk.
i would strongly recommend for anyone who wan to have to goog times to stay here

I had a short stay for uncertain reason. I'm figure out few hotel accros bukit bintang area nd I found this hotel location is very strategic and easy access to public transport. For the room, very spacious as mine is deluxe room with nice panoramic view of kuala Lumpur. Will come again...

Nice hotel in a good location
Small rooms yet comfort rooms. Room is clean. AC and internet is bad

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and this hotel is OK OK. Because, the AC is not really good,its always hot no matter how low the AC is. The internet sucks in its own way. Breakfast is also not really great. Rest all facilities and room service are really good for a positive point.

Location was unbelievable. Convenient to shopping malls, food stalls and places with nightlife! Rooms are pretty ok. Price wise, i think its quite worth the money. A lot of food can be found within that area which is a bonus for people who like to eat supper like me! Overall my stay was a pretty fat one. Shop and eat and then shop and eat again.

the hotel stuff were quite helpful. didn't like the breakfast in terms of selection & taste of food items, also because of the fact that majority of the stuff were quite rude. tehy also took away the juice/water/utensils while we were not even half way done. we can understand not letting peopole in after the designated hour, but those who did get in on time should be allowed to finish their breakfast properly. teh towels were often unclean too. and we had to ask for an extra sheet every night since they would take away the one we were using but never replaced it themselves.
Restaurant Tip:
Please do try the street food available at the two roads opposite to Royale Bintang. They are yummy!
