We waited to be served at the check-in counter for 30 minutes. There were only 3 staff checking people in with a tour group checking in and about another 14 guest waiting. The front desk was under staffed and staff working were understandably frazzled.
The hotel is rated 4 star and it's not. The hotel is grubby with badly stained carpets, stained wall paper and some of the hallways smell. In our room the furniture is old and marked, the bed head stained and just tired. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked.
Breakfast was an absolute disaster with a full hotel and a long, slow moving queue and a restaurant unable to cope with the number of people needing breakfast. The restaurant was full of dirty tables, food stations were empty, crockery and glassware dirty, only one person cooking eggs at the egg station and not enough staff to keep up with stocking food and crockery. We chose to dine out of the hotel one morning because of the huge line up which went into the lift lobby where it was difficult to alight the lift.
It is definitely no worth the money and in my 5 month trip this was the worst place we stayed.
Stay across the road. It's half the price and it in a much better condition.

Convenient location but poor receptionist service

I like the car park at the hotel basement. There is a parking attendant safeguard the car.
I dislike the hotel reception service because the male receptionist is unfriendly and rude.
I do not think I will patron the hotel again.

i waited for around 45 minutes and traced staff 2 times in order to locate and get back my baggages from hotel lobby to room. it seems like slow service. hotel does not intend to entertain any early check-in. no lan internet access inside room. only very slow free wifi is available.
no ventilation fan at bathroom !
require to queue up about 10 minutes at the restaurant's receiption counter in order to take a seat for buffet breakfast. i never experience this in any hotel in any country.
location is good and a lot of shops around the area. monorail is nearby.

I stayed for the period of the new year just to watch the new year celebrations, my advise do not book with a breakfast, the furniture is old an their was a spots on the carpet as well as on the bed sheets.

hotel located along bukit bintang road. around 8 minutes from BB monorail station. checked in hotel at 4pm. surprised to found room is dirty and not housekeep yet. called housekeeping and takes an hour to clean up the room. but the cleaner is polite though. room is with twin tower view and spacious too.

the location of this hotel is great, near to times square and sungei wang, very nice to walk around and shopping.
but the customer services all like in bad moods, no smiling at all.
overall it is a good hotel, but if pay for the same money again, i will choose another hotel which more new and stylish at near by.
