Very friendly Hotel
After a great week in langkawi where we had a excellent time , we were felling a bit down.But once we walked into the hotel the staff made made us so welcome , And made fell out at home.The hotel is in the middle of Bukit Bintang area ,shops restaurants,mono rail,and Taxis are right at your door step .All the facilities that we used at the hotel ie gym , pool were at a high standard.We also had breakfast there, they had a fill range of European and Asian food.This was the first time we had stayed here but have stayed in several hotels in Bukit Bintang area over the years .This hotel is right up there with the very best in KL....We will be back next year ..Thank you for a great stay...KERRY and CAROL

Rudeness from concierge staff.
My daughter were politely requesting newspaper to be deliver to our room next morning. Concierge was rude in responding to her. That was totally uncalled for.

Staff was rude to my daughter. She was only requesting newspaper to be deliver to our room. Not only rude, the newspaper never arrived at our room.

Nice, but...
I came at 1 pm for early checked-in but they only had room with two single bed, which kinda useless as I wanted queen-sized bed (I stated in my booking form). So, I came again at 4 pm, this time, how to say ya...they said they had technical problem so cannot checked-in. They let me checked-in at 8.30 pm with "special card" that only can be used by the management! I told them why not let me checked-in at 4 pm with this card! So now, I have to contact management when I went out and wanted to open the room' door again. Overall, it was not good stay - as I overly tired at that time.
