Good Hotel with good location for tourist
location, location, location, within walking distance to all tourist shopping areas

The stay was for the conference but the service was not up to the standard. Had bad experience during buffet breakfast. Too many tourist staying but the service not catching up to the popularity.

As mentioned, the hotel outlook itself looks good but the room and facilities are under expectation. The room is small and decoration is not up to a standard. I really disappointed with my stay. Overall it just like two stars hotel. I regret for choosing this hotel and will never come back

The room was okay. Just they have the best location to stay in Kuala Lumpur.
its near to shopping mall in KL like KLCC, pavilion, etc.
Its easier for me and my family to walk around city.

I stayed in the deluxe room for one night. The location of the hotel is great. I was apprehensive as I saw some bad reviews on this hotel. But, for me I was happy with what I saw. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room wasn't congested. The toilet was spacious and clean. My only disappointment was that there was no wifi. I had read that this hotel had free wifi. But when i entered the room, there was just a weak signal. When I tried to connect, it disappeared. Did not see the signal after that.
I can't give any comments on the breakfast as I left before 630.

This hotel location has the best Nigth Life location and it is safe to stay with family as the managment does not allow any street girls or night partner females to visit the hotel as the security is very strict it a best hotel for family visitors.

Nice hotel with a good location and good service
The level of the restaurants are good and reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.By virtue of its location I could attend both to my official and personal work.
Shopping Tip:
Nice shops for cell phones and IT equipment arround the hotel.
