Good location

Stayed there when it first opened and so was surprised that the place is reasonably well maintained. Room was clean and pleasant. As a four star hotel, service staff could be more friendlier. Will go back again for its location.

Room can be better maintained. Bed is comfortable. Shower takes quite a while to heat up. Quality of food for room service should be improved.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is in Jalan Bukit Bintang itself where the main shopping area is.

This is like a two-star hot

My stay here was quite an unpleasant experience. The entire hotel including the rooms would need a major refurbishment. The A/C in my room did not work too well and the TV was not a flatscreen (I cannot recall when was the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't have flatscreen TVs).
The staff was rude.
The pool area reminded me of a two-star hotel in East Germany I stayed at in the late 1980s. The "fitness center" brings back similar memories.
The breakfast restaurant was noisy and reminded me about a high-school canteen.
All in all I would rate this a two-star hotel. I paid 60 USD per night but could easily have found better hotels for that same amount.

Decent Hotel with Great Location
Reasonably priced hotel in a great location.

This hotel is centrally located in a great location such as it is accessible to shopping malls, cinemas, clubs, pubs, night life and many eateries. And yet it is away from the hustle and bustle of the many hotels located along Bukit Bintang.

The room I got for this 3 night stay was big. One of the largest I have ever been in, in any business travel. I really like this hotel for its location but the small details seem ignored, though that didnt seem to bother me.
Location ; Super great !!! The Curve is located right behind it so whatever it is you need, from a dept store, to Ikea, to great food from all varieties, is right down there ready to serve you. However, do not be confused with the Royale Bintang The Curve, which is about 5 mins away. Some cab drivers tend to confuse the 2 as they are close to each other.
From what I understand, the hotel is still new but the Royale Bintang has vast experience running hotels so all is good. Breakfast is sufficient, with a mix of western and local delicacies. And being a new hotel, breakfast is not crowded.
The rooms are luscious, big with high celings that it feels gigantic. The only problem with the high ceiling is it does create echoes from the upper rooms, nothing major just an observation. TV is great but internet has to be improved. Doesnt mean its bad .. the wifi connection is good enough.
No major complaints except the finishing possibly needs some work on but then again, its a new hotel so I'll meet them halfway on it. Didnt affect my stay. Ironing board and iron in room is a delicate touch. Shower is sufficient but no bathtub in my room. The toiletries is great with some lavender soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Service is sufficient, not much time allocated to this but I got what I wanted and needed.
Overall, I would return for its location.

convenience with bad service .
24 hours convenience shop beside the hotel .

walking distance to low yat plaza , bb park and berjaya times square . i do not need to take a cab to go to klcc or petaling street cause the lrt is nearby not even 5 mins of walking . however , the service is bad as i need to wait for half an hour just to return the key , the receptionist is not that polite and the hotel room air-conditioned was bad too as i need to call for the maintenaince three times .
Nightlife Tip:
Massage parlour is just along the pathway and they opened till morning .
