Nice room but they should fix the pressure of the shower as well as the shower glass door.
Lighting in the toilet can be improved further.
The room service food should be improved further.
Shopping Tip:
Good place to stay if you are into shopping and massage.

The service staff are great & friendly.
The hotel is clean.
The gym room is big & equipments are new some hotel don't have so much equipment.
The sauna & spa is clean and well equip. The enviroment is cool and staff are well train.

hotel had friendly staff and rooms were as the photos on agoda. the breakfast had a great selection of both asian and western foods with the usual omletes cooked how you like them by the chef. location was geat as it was slightly towards end of butik bintang and a little quieter (if that is possible along this busy street) it is next to federal hotel which we stayed in a couple of years ago and probably on a par to it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
To get there was very easy if you fly Air Asia and catch the bus to KL Sentral 9 mr then catch monorail 1.60 mr to Imbi station which is closer to this hotel than Butik Bintang station. From Imbi it was less than 5 min walk through back streets near Low Yat.

we love bukit bintang and find it central to everything we want to do. great for it shopping as well as close proximity to china town, and klcc. monorail within walking distance and so so easy to get around all of kl.the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was a nice size and very comfortable. 'the breakfast whilst being plentyful, i thought it could have done with some more variety,especially more fruit and cereals for those who don't like a cooked breakfast to start the day. but that was only a minor problem, and others might be very happy with the menu.
Shopping Tip:
If you want anything in the IT field then go to Low Yat Plaza which is only minutes away, and there you will find about five floors of electronic wonders, and good luck with your bargainig powers
