The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Pavillion Shopping Centre. Around the hotel, there are many shopping malls and foods are easily available. It is very close to Times Square. Transport from airport to hotel is not convenient, we have to take airport bus (1 hour) to Sentral Station and changed to a taxi in order to reach the hotel. Taxi charges is not based on metre reading and we have to bargain with the driver."

the welcoming and goodbye was not there the place in nice and the location as well.
the room was 6 out of 10 the brackfast is nice but if you are late you wont get any thing even if you are there 10:25
i will grade the hotel 3.5 star not 4 star
Shopping Tip : china town and all the centers are walking distance only dont take a cab.

cental location in the hub of city centre, accommodating staff and good room with good bathroom, not enough tables available at breakfast time. The Royale Bintang is very centrally located in the hub of the city. And on account of this it is noisy with constant traffic. However, as the room was on the sixth floor and noise was not a problem. Breakfast was enjoyable and substantial. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Travel tip : Tip confirm all taxi fares before departing.

Location is excellent with everything at the front door. We stayed at the Royale Bintang Hotel Kuala Lumpur for 7 nights, The location is excellent with lots of food and shopping Malls near by ( Times Square, Lot 10, Pavillion, BB Plaza, Low Yat Plaza ) The restaurants and Shopping centres are all within walking distance, The Monorail station is also close by for those wanting to expand travels to other areas, The buffet breakfast was good, but repeneshing stock was a little slow, The staff were friendly and helpful, The rooms were roomy and clean, however a little dated in the decor, But this was not a problem, Overall it was a very pleasent stay.
Shopping Tip : BB Plaza has some GREAT bargains and check out the Roller Coaster at Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall.

The location is excellent and the friendly nature of the staff was fantastic. Unfortunately the behaviours of "agents for massages" outside the hotel become quite annoying.That girls are being exploited to such a degree is quite sad. The stay at the Royal Bintang was most enjoyable. The rooms were clean and of a very good standard. The included breakfasts were very comprehensive, presented well and always fresh.The most enjoyable aspect was the welcoming staff in the foyer- from the concierge desk to the reception desk they all made one feel welcome and also gave the feeling that no request was too much trouble.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Kaula Lumpur aquarium is within walking distance and is a great exhibit. The proximity to the transport system is a bonus.

the bell boy, securities and some of the checkin counter staff were so friendly the waiter at their lobby cafe was always in a poker face mood maybe he was so tired coz most of the time he was the only staff who was managing the whole resto, the room service was another weakness of this hotel in my 5 nights staying time there, there have 2 time that they forget to gave slipper and the bottle water. basically this is a nice hotel but as they stated that they are the best 4 star hotel at KL, i think they have to improve many things before they can proof that they are the best 4 stars hotel at KL
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there have a travel agency at the hotel lobby, and the staffs there were so friendly and helpful they even suggest to me some more cheaper and convienient way to tour at KL just look for madam kahtijah and madam leen

Overall, it is a good hotel. In the hub of shopping complexes with heavy influx of people & traffic jam during peak hours. Room is clean &
spacious. Breakfast is average & the same menu everyday.Menorail is just around the corner. Food menu for breakfast be considered changing a bit daily. The breakfast room seemed crowded everyday & need bigger space to avoid queue up too long to have the breakfast.

Difficult to fault this hotel. Has to be one of the best hotels in KL. Located right in the heart of major shopping centres and next to computer superstore. Around the corner from the monorail station. Restaurants all around. The view from our room of the Petronas Towers was spectacular. This hotel has everything you could wish for. Two mini marts within 50 metres. Taxi rank right outside the door. Staff are friendly and efficient. You cannot help but enjoy your stay at this hotel. We would not stay anywhere else.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a hop on, hop off bus service available that passes most of the tourist attractions in KL. You can get tickets from the travel agent located in the foyer of the hotel. It is well worth it.

It's an unpleasant experience from the start of the journey to the Hotel till the end of my stay. The location of the hotel is alond the busiest street and it takes hours to clear the jam. The bell boy is literally non-existent, don't expect someone to help you with your luggage. The surrounding around the hotel is also quite messy and rowdy. The rooms are old and internet can only be access at hotel lobby, of course with a cost.

Everything is funtastic in the Royale please please please make arrangmen for water hoses inside the hotel's toilets.Being Muslim i don't find it easy getting myself clean without having water hose in the toilet. The Bukit Bintang Royale Hotel is a such a nice hotel in the middle of KL. i came to know about this Hotel from more than one friend in the gulf.I have really enjoyed my stay with you and my wife enjoyed it too. she was very astonished about the room. Please keep the good hospitality and all the best. The breakfast was also outstading.
Restaurant Tip : Al Basha Restaurent is one of the best Arabian food offers near by your Hotel.

renovation needed We stayed in this hotel 2 nights, it's pity that no internet connection available from room, seems made us uncomfortable,though many internet cafes around the area with cheap price 2 rmb for 1 hour with decent connection.
The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Don't expect you got modern building with modern architecture, cause you'll get old building.

clean - best location for shopping We were stunned from the moment we walked into reception. Hotel was in the best location for shopping. Fabulous position near restaurants, China Town en Bintang Walk. Hotel was good - check in fine and we were really appreciated when we asked for a room to view the Twin Towers - on a non smoking floor. The breakfast was very good. I would choose this hotel next time when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

-Shopping-Nice Restaurant- Night Life
