I loved staying at Royale Chulan...the service from check-in to check-out was great. The deluxe room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spectacular and clean. The hotel is located within the vicinity of KLCC. Quite easy to get food, even till late at night. Attentive room service. Good spread at breakfast. Ample complimentary parking. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here, two thumbs up!

overall very satisfied with the stay. big and spacious rooms. convenient location to all major landmarks. vast buffet layout the breakfast with a variety of selections. quiet surroundings. very helpful and friendly staff. arguably one of the best hotels in kl. real value for money , worth every penny.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you dont want the room to be arranged when you are out, make sure the dnd light is on and the board hung outside the door. also ensure that the door is properly locked- cos the doors are old.

It was a very good hotel, preimer rooms are big and have many good facilities. Also the hotel pool was good and clean. Staff were freindly and helpfull. We kept aur bags in the hotel and we had collected them after five hours. Breackfast was good and really nice.

Friendly Staff. Rooms were excellant...big, clean and well kept. The restroom in the room was spacious and well designed. Towels were new and soft. Only the internet was slow in response

The location of the hotel is very good.
It is near to the famous street 'Bukit Bintang' and the shopping centers.
In the same time the hotel is not in noisy area, it's quiet.
The staff were very friendly and kindly.

Our favorite hotel in KL by far.
Stands apart from other International Hotels with a true Malaysian feel. Great location.

once again a fabulous stay - upgraded to a wonderful club suite. the hotel was much busier due to persian new year but this made no negative impact on our stay. each year it seems to become more popular. the staff are delightful and do everything to make you comfortable. we will definately be back again next year.
