Great Hotel with Great location!

the hotel room is adorable, the bed and pillow is very comfortable. deluxe room is not really big, but enough for a couple for few days stay.
definitely worth to stay!
we love the room washroom which is clean, and the design is awesome.
great location which pavilion shopping mall just right opposite hotel, it is just a walking distance around 300m.
not forget to mention about the breakfast, it is variety, delicious.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you are driving in the town, you can use the other way to reach the hotel instead of passthrough bintang walk-the slowest traffic ever in kl, so that you won't stuck in the traffic jam.

we all love the hotel very much. it is close to all shopping locations. staffs are helpful and friendly. room was beautifully presented and comfortable. great buffet breakfast with plenty choices. totally enjoy our stay.

step in the hotel lobby. The morning breakfast was variety and

You feel safe parked your car there. Almost wallking
distance to everywhere. Last, I am happy with the stay and this will not

there are many good points about this hotel. reasonable price, good location, big rooms, etc.
this is my second time staying at royale chulan. my first time was in 2010 and i really enjoyed it very much. that is why i came back again. but this time, some things have changed. especially, the breakfast was a big upset to me. the resturant for breakfast was crowed like a free market. the food was never topped up or fresh. last year, i saw the chefs frying fresh doughs to make roti prata. this time, roti prata was taken from the fridge and only heated in the resturant, very hard. some local food was so badly cooked also. the japanese section ( tokyo street) was pathetic, no choice talk about:(

Perfect Hotel in all aspects.Hotel is close to everything such as Pavilion Shopping lot with the "happy street" and excellent food street downstairs besides the upmarket stores. Walking distance to bukit Bintang.
The best and most extended breakfast spread in town.The Heratige bar serves happy hours drinks which must be the cheapeast in town. Evening llive shows with two bands.
Swimming pool also a delight and well maintained.
Staff and Services excellent. Rooms are well dressed with all poissble Add On's

Good hotel with central location
Good rooms, good breakfast

I booked this hotel with a good rate in Agoda. Location is central. Breakfast is ok, but not super like in 5 star hotels (high level).
Rooms are large and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast has various choices to choose from. Bed is very spacious and comfortable, king bed size. Location is great, within walking distance to Pavilion and other Bukit Bintang malls.

One of the best hotels in KL
Good service, neat and clean rooms, very attentive and helpful staffs

This was an extension of our stay. We found it so pleasant that we did not want to move to other places- Rooms neat and clean and kept so during our stay - staff were always ready to assist with smile. Brea fast was very good as may be expected from a 5 star.
The only draw back was dinner at the hotel - the buffer was almost same everyday, the other chinese and malay restaurants offer very good food as well but choice are limited and if you have a long stay then it's better you dine out.

It definitely meets the standard of a hotel in modern countries particuarly the lobby as its Xmas decoration is beautiful. However, to our surprice that the room that we stayed does not come with a bath tub. Apart from this, the Hotel is great for its value and room size. It's one of the best hotel I have ever stayed.
