Excellent hotel with great service
Large room, comfortable bed, clean, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, nice swimming pool and spa.

Everything about this hotel makes your stay enjoyable. From the welcome and quick check in at reception to the help given when booking a spa and dinner. I love coming back to this hotel for the total relaxation. Once again I had a lovely stay and will continue to book The Royal Chulan whenever I return to KL.

Lovely hotel with great location
Nice room and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel and I must say that it is the best stay that I have had in KL so far. The hotel is excellent. Located just 5 min walk from The Pavillion mall and on a quiet street. Room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was well equipted.

Facilities are good, rooms are spacius and nice, staff are helpful

Great Hotel, however if you want to stay at the centre of Bukit Bintang, it is 10 minutes away from it (walking distance).

located in very convienient location, close to shopping centres, bukit bintang, jalan alor, changkat etc.

it was a wonderful stay - check-in was handled in couple of minutes - rooms neat and clean and kept so during our stay - staff were always ready to assist with smile. break fast was very good as may be expected from a 5 star.

the royale chulan hotel kuala lumpur is located few minutes walk from pavilion kl and not far from klcc, it is great location. the deluxe room is spacious and have free wifi which is good for my works in the hotel at night.
besides, i like the buffet breakfast because the variety is good and delicious. you really can taste the truly malaysian food here. i will stay here again when i return to kuala lumpur.
Shopping Tip:
pavilion kl is just 5 minutes walk from the royale chula kuala lumpur.

The service was good which was expected from a 5 star hotel. Room size is decent. However, the breakfast is somewhat a disappointment as the same food was served for a continuous 3 days which I stayed there. Quality was also not on par as compared to hotel buffets elsewhere, though the variety is decent. The free wifi access was also working only intermittently, hampering the overall surfing experience. Hence, it was not as great as expected.

A nice hotel with lots of character. Rooms are spacious and well fitted out. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a little bit away from Bukit Bintang but easy walking distance.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Heritage Bar has good happy hours with very reasonably priced beers and a live band.

stayed over a night. received by friendly reception crew. check-in and check-out was fast and no hassle. easy access to room except a long walk from the lift to the room. condition of the room was great and added value point the wifi was free. would consider to stay in this place again.
Shopping Tip:
A walk away from the Golden triangle - Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang Street, Lot 10 and Starhill. Good place to stay for shopperholics.

Enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool.
However, we were a little disappointed with the buffet breakfast.
Would have been nice to have a wider choice of fresh fruit including some grapefruit.
Staff were generally helpful, but I was a little disappointed that a desk diary which I had inadvertently left on the reception counter went missing. Up to now it has not been found.
