The staff were not that professional and not helpful at all. Breakfast was disappointing as it lacks a good taste eventhough it has many selections. The waiters were useless and unprofessional especially room service where left over food was left in the corridors outside the rooms for days unattended. In General, the hotel does not live up to its five-stars standards.

clean and the breakfast is absolutely sumptuous, the location is perfect because it is near the city central. and it is very convenient to grab a taxi there. the room is pretty clean and i really love my stay here. will choose this hotel again

large room, adequately furnished... however, rather disturbing was the fact that the hotel seemed to allow extortions by their 'bell staff' from the local budget taxi while pushing executive taxis, which probably paid them even more in kick backs. that practice like this is going on in a major hotel is astonishing and reflects poorly on the hotel management.

me and my wife spent good 26 days in this hotel for our honeymoon, to be frankly honest with you, this hotel exceeded our expectation in many ways,1: elegance 2: cleanness 3: staff 4: food 5: location.
booked via agoda for less than half the actual price.
Restaurant Tip:
the hotel is very close to Bukit Bintang shopping centre, you have to go through the back entrance, in Bukit bintang you will find tens of high quality restaturants.

efficient reception. large rooms. great value for money. the hotel appears largely to cater to leisure tourists, mostly from the middle east, (at least at this time of year). however, the atmosphere makes a nice change from the traditional business hotel. very malay in style, (architecture and staff). the breakfast tried to combine various foods from around the world, although wasn't really successful with a limited variety of each and hence was adequate rather than a high point. overall, not up to the overall standard of some 5 star hotels, but great value and lovely rooms compared with a standard 4 star in kl
