MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL IS ALWAYS GREAT.THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTELS I CHOOSE TO STAY AS I ENJOY THE FACILITIES.A GREAT SWIMMING POOL.STAFF IN THIS HOTEL ARE SUPERB,WHETHER IT BE IN THE RECEPTION,DINING AREA,RESTUARANT,LOUNGE AREA OR BAR AREA.THE ROOM IS BIG AND SPACIOUS.ONE SNAG WAS THE PILLOWS WERE NOT THAT CORMFORTABLE.

Had a great stay, the service was good. Was a very busy hotel but lots of staff to look after your every need. Felt like royalty even though we rocked up in thongs and singlets. Had great breakfasts with food for people from every country. Huge pool and spa to cool down after a big day shopping and eating. Was also in a perfect location with shopping and food right on the door step.

got bumped to an executive suite which is really huge! spent most of my time in the lounge where there is buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner snacks. the location is right at the heart of town, with the bukit bintang area a stone's throw away.
only complaint i have was the inefficiency in making up the room. even though we left for breakfast and put up a 'make-up room' sign, when we came back from breakfast, the room was not made up yet. other than that, a great place to stay for shopping in kl!

Great Hotel with big rooms and wonderful lounge

Stayed for the weekend. Was bumped to a premium executive suite. It is huge and made us feel like royalty. Apparently, Malaysian Royalty regularly book the hotel when on trips, etc. ROom was clean and nice. The lounge was great, being able to eat breakfast, have tea and dinner treats was really good. Location is a stone's throw away form the Bukit Bintang shopping district.

the room was comfortable, and had all the necessities. the only downside to the hotel was the equipment at the gym (low quality and quite old, and not maintained). the breakfast was good as well.

Welcoming service, truly helpful and hospitable.
They really try to serve your needs even if there are a lot of guests. Breakfast is great, have a variety to choose from. Ambience is authentic Malay.

Truly a 5-star hotel with a Malaysian style and hospitality. Location is ideal, nearby monorail, Petronas and shopping mall. Just beside it is a buffet restaurant with cultural shows. We were lucky that beside the hotel too, they held the annual Handicraft Festival featuring products from all over Malaysia.
Shopping Tip:
One of the high-end, new, and big shopping mall is right around the corner.
