Grand hotel and good value

We were immediately impressed the moment we stepped into the lobby which is truly 5 star in size and standard; we booked a superior room but were upgraded to a club room with a balcony. Our room was very spacious and almost new, and there was free wifi and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was very clean and the shower head was very large and powerful.
The swimming pool is a good size one, and there is also a jacuzzi, a pool for kids and a gym.
The hotel is only a five minutes walk to the Pavilion, a grand mall that easily rivals the Suria Mall in the Petronas Towers. It is also within walking distance to the KLCC Park.
The breakfast featured a very wide selection and the food was generally quite tasty and rapidly refilled.
Overall, a very pleasant and high standard hotel and very good value.

this hotel is in a great location. large and beautiful rooms. great value for money. the buffet breakfeast was terrific. very large selection of food to choose from. only few minutes walk to the modern pavillon shopping mall. this mall has everything you would want to buy. great selection of cusine in the food court. if you prefer fine dinning, then try level 6.

Great hotel still, but a few staff problems

my room was spacious, quiet and had a good balcony with a view of the petronas towers. the staff were generally pleasant and there was a good breakfast. what i was unhappy about was ringing three times for my luggage to be delivered to my room and a mini bar full of rotting bananas and cucumbers. when i explained this (the smell was noticeable) house keeping said they thought they were mine. unlikely for some one to travel with rotten fruit.

perfect Hotel with a perfect location!

The hotel is centrally located and within a few minutes walk to the pavillions shopping centre and petronas towers. We spent one night here as a stop over and couldnt believe its location and class of hotel for the price.

My expetations were high and the Royale Chulan exceeded it. I have not one complaint about this hotel,everything is of a high standard with friendly professional staff which made our stay wonderful.
Shopping Tip:
Check out Sunway Lagoon and shopping mall.

Worst conciertge service ever!
amazing breakfast, large rooms, pretty hotel, centrally located - but, again, the treveling serivice was horrible

The Hotel concierge was not helpful. he could not give me the time that the monorail system operated and insisted to me that there was no way to get to the hotel from the airport except by taxi.
