Great value with good Malaysian hospitality
close to Pavillion and KLCC without the crowd

We stayed to catch the new year fireworks display. Room given was okay, not great, but with ample space and balcony and overlooks the KLCC-but covered somewhat by nearby building since it's a lower floor. Great service, good value hotel for a typical malaysian architechural and service experience
Shopping Tip:
Short walk to Pavillion for shopping. Next door to the Handicraft center where you can find malaysian souvenirs

Now when you talk about a 5* I know that this one qualifies.
1-Location is superb. Next to all the major 5*, right at the center of the City with convenient location to most areas of interest.
2-Design. This is a hotel well-thought of and planned. And do I say, DESIGNED. The ambiance is just right. So is the balance. Its not just a building. It is an experience
The only thing is the Gym. Its nice with good design and atmosphere. However the no. of equipment is not up to the level some of the best 5* offer
Travel tip:
Take your time to have a morning jog around the hotel. Also, its a walking distance to Times Tower (Plaza) and all the major shopping areas. Right next to the hotel is the best shopping mall that you will even require in Kualar Lumpur.

The Chulan was easy to access within walking distance of many attractions such as central shopping strip BB Plaza, the twin towers. Rooms and facilities are modern and very well maintained with a quality pool and gym. The decor is described as nothing less than pure luxury.
Buffet breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of food all cooked to a high standard.
Staff are always helpful and friendly and will organise anything required on time, every time. Will definitely stay again.

5 min walk to pavillion for loads of dining options and high-end shopping. we had a room with a balcony which opened out to the pool. great for the kids. house-keeping was thorough. they even called when they cld clean the room when we left the hotel late after 3pm.

The hotel was location in a great location, provided great service and great room with balcony! We booked the Royale Club room where we enjoyed the club lounge facilities! The lounge is open from 6:00am to 10:30pm. They provide free flow of coffee, tea and soft drinks. In the evening around 6~7:30pm, cocktail is provided with variety of alcoholic drinks. The breakfast is fantastic with various of choices! Besides, with the Royale Club room guest, you are entitled for complimentary laudry of 4 pcs of clothes!

the hotel is in a good location and access to pavilion is very easy. the room is big with nice decorations. the toilet was wonderful. the bed was very comfortable.
the l'heritage offered french dining. the set menu was well priced.
overall, it is a nice hotel but improvements to club royale services is certainly welcomed.
