This was art of our honeymoon stay and we spent 5 nights hers which were perfect, staff are polite and helpful and attentive..pool area is lovely, bfast is amazing..location is good too..loved our stay here.

Family-Oriented Hotel with Great Location

5 min walk to pavillion for loads of dining options and high-end shopping. we had a room with a balcony which opened out to the pool. great for the kids. house-keeping was thorough. they even called when they cld clean the room when we left the hotel late after 3pm.

Nice hotel with good Customer Service

We enjoyed the stay except need to wait for a cab always if we need to go out. Bukit Bintang is not walkable

Great & Lovely Hotel
Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast is excellent a lots of variety.

Me and my friend had a comfortable and very satisfied stay in Royale Chulan.
Highly recommended our friends and looking forward for another trip to KL to stay in Royale Chulan.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping area are just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel was location in a great location, provided great service and great room with balcony! We booked the Royale Club room where we enjoyed the club lounge facilities! The lounge is open from 6:00am to 10:30pm. They provide free flow of coffee, tea and soft drinks. In the evening around 6~7:30pm, cocktail is provided with variety of alcoholic drinks. The breakfast is fantastic with various of choices! Besides, with the Royale Club room guest, you are entitled for complimentary laudry of 4 pcs of clothes!

there is nothing much in the hotel one can do. its a city hotel. the pool area is a tat disappointing. great b'fast spread.

Great rooms but Club Services are disappointing

the hotel is in a good location and access to pavilion is very easy. the room is big with nice decorations. the toilet was wonderful. the bed was very comfortable.
the l'heritage offered french dining. the set menu was well priced.
overall, it is a nice hotel but improvements to club royale services is certainly welcomed.

Luxury hotel and service with a smile
So very comfortable, clean and spacious. All features in the hotel and rooms fit a 5* hotel. We had inter-connecting rooms, K-size bed with balcony and a twin-bedded room for my children. Bathroom space and utilities very good. Staffs polite and helpful.

would recommend to others and return for our next trip to kl. very comfortable and peaceful stay. will need to stay longer next time to enjoy more of the hotel's facilities.
Nightlife Tip:
The stretch along Pavillion to Berjaya Times were bustling. Monorail walking distance to hotel. Lots of shopping and night life happenings in and around this area. We term the likeliness to "Orchard Road of Singapore".

Best hotel

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was really a great hotel. Probably, it is the best hotel that I have stayed in Malaysia. All the staff are very friendly and effecient. I had a room facing the twin towers. For the rate/night I paid, it is indeed great value.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel the rooms were excellent, the service was great, and there was great chocolate delight in the room, the room it self was very spacious the best part was the bathroom, the shower and tub were great.
The location is great its very close to Bukit Bintang but yet its a private hotel, the breakfast was amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel its 5 star yet it's affordable, great hotel.
