Lovely hotel and the service is superb

They have a nice lounge at the reception hall with great singers.
It's just a short walk to the commercial district but you can take a cab if you're with kids or elderly with just a minimal fare. We had a sumptuous breakfast buffet that consists of different asian cuisine. You should also try their dinner buffet and try the japanaese food.
The hotel iscFamily friendly. We will surely come back

good rooms, breakfast buffet has a very good variety with various country centric stations but disorganised (spread out over too large an area) and luke warm, even if you are there at the start time. one or two people cooking live.
good value for money and location and would stay there again

Truly enjoyed the stay, the beautifuly decorated rooms with it's fantastic wood carvings, new furnitures. The unusual set up of the bathroom is an added plus. The buffet breakfast is an experience on its own with an international array of food choices. I have to mention the very comfortable pillows.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Experience an authentic Malaysia, you can feel this by just staying at Royal Chulan with its grand, elaborate architecture and interior design. Staff are friendly and always service with a smile.

Overall a very good hotel
Generous sized room and balconey and the hotel is in a good location.

We'd certainly stay here again (in fact we have) The rooms are excellent and the location is fine within very easy walking distance of attractions like the twin towers, the dining/bar area in Chalang Bukit Bintang and shopping centres like the Pavillion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit. The staff were helpful and pleasant and our only criticism related to breakfast - if you like to sleep you may find the "hot" items are no longer even warm when eventually wake up and wander down to the breakfast room at 9:30 or 10:00am

This 5 star hotel has the lot.
I have to a say the noise level in our room was like a drum bellowing from the noise coming from the function area below.

Beautiful hotel, did'nt want to leave.
Commfortable, clean, staff excellent, food amazing, easy walk to shops, pool great.

Loved this hotel, check in was no fuss, we got upgraded to the Club floor over looking the pool, room was great, really comfortable with a great bathroom, bed was comfy too. The breakfast was out of this world, got to see it to believe it. Easy walk to shops we did'nt catch a taxi once. Staff very helpful and friendly, arranged for flowers to be delivered, booked restaurants while we went out shopping, nothing to much trouble. Would'nt hestitate to book here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you walk to the Convention centre there is a tunnel/walkway that takes you all the way to the twin towers shopping centre.
