Nice Hotel with very large Lobby

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. I found it very good. The room space is good but a bit old. You don't have a bath tub in the room. The hotel is clean.Wifi in the room available but very slow. The room furniture is good even though a bit old.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pavillon mall is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

a truly 5 star hotel with lovely lobby & dining areas. the room is enormous with great bathroom facilities. i really liked the separate shower instead of having the shower in the bath.the breakfast is the best i have had in hotels. it is worth paying the extra for breakfast. the variety of food is endless catering to all- chinese,japanese,western,malaysian as well as a big variety of fresh fruits. this hotel is within walking distance to pavilion shopping mall,klcc & lot 10. you can shop till you drop!
Shopping Tip:
Very convenient for shopping. Try to shop at each centre at a time

Can't find any fault about this hotel. Room is clean eventho it's pretty dated. We stayed in the premier room at level 3. Felt like we were in a resort hotel llooking out of the balcony. No complain about their service especially at the restaurant where we had our buffet breakfast. The buffet spread was extensive! Better than Shangri La! Hotel is just opposite the pavilion, possible to walk. Free wifi. Great spa at Telaga Spa if you want to pamper yourself. A must try! My only complain perhaps the tv channels are pretty limited esp kids' programmes. Only cater for the chinese as it's in Mandarin. Anyway, We will definitely return to this hotel!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The gym and pool were pleasant. Staff were couteous and efficient. The hotel is situated in a peaceful street off the main road and yet is within walking distance of the shopping area. Will stay there again on my next visit.

In the city center. Near the shopping place. Near the one stop of city tour bus. Breakfurst is OK and hotel is well organized. But when I add one extra bad for my 10 years old sun nearly took me half room rate. No choice only can take it.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are quite nice and large and look lovely. The concierge left a bit to be desired as he kept giving us bad advice, but the front desk was always quite helpful. The phones did not work in the room, so you'll need to go to the front desk to make any calls you may need. Overall, I'd recommend the place!
Shopping Tip:
Very close to a nice mall if you turn left leaving the building and head straight about a block with plenty of shopping options and restaurants that are open quite later.

One of the best hotels in the list form. Comfortable, clean, everything is perfect. Staff were friendly also one of the things that we can not forget.
Shopping Tip:
Not far from the shopping center. so it is very convenient to choose this place as a place to live.
