The hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel also represent malaysia culture. The hotel is near by to shooping complex like KLCC, Pavillio, Isetan, Sg Wang and Time Square (walking distance). The hotel also near by to many good restaurant and nighlife also. The hotel staff also provide good service and nive too.

Good choice for those who want to stay close to shopping mall and city centre but not right in the middle of crowded street surrounded by shopping mall like other hotel in Bukit Bintang. The deluxe room is spacious and Cozy. Breakfast is good even though during Ramadhan.
Shopping Tip:
Just next to Pavilion, all shopping mall in Bukit Bintang is within area, even KLCC, you can walk via the bukit bintang - KLCC walk way. Very convenient.

5 mins walk to biggest shopping mall in kuala lumpur, the pavillion.

the location of hotel is quite close to pavalion mall
basically, it is near shopping area, includong lot10, isten, fareit 88,sunwei mall, and so on.
this area is called bintan area,where there are a lot of pubs ,resturants and messagges.
the advatage of this hotel is more quiet than other hotels in bintan walk area.

the royal chulan has good size rooms and is a nice hotel which has all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star hotel. it was quite good value when i booked and i took the offer of breakfast included.
the breakfast was well worth it and the choice was very good and the quality was also quite high.
the location of the hotel is good, only 5 minutes walk from bukit bintang.
the only negative points i have are:
1. the air conditioning was not very effective, i had it set as low as it would go and still it was not quite enough. i did ask the hotel to check it but i have no idea if they did or not as it remained the same.
2. the carpet in the room was getting a little dirty and could do with either cleaning properly or replacing.
