Great hotel with nice room
Cosy room, nice buffet spread,
8.7
The hotel is a short walk between bukit bintang main shopping area and KLCC, the Pavilion (an upclass shopping mall) is a throw away. Nested in a quiet neighbourhood, the venue is good for relaxation and business. The only shortfall probably is the danger you may encounter walking back late night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should try the breakfast buffet spread, though a little expensive but they are really international.

Amazing Hotel, Seriously!!!
This hotel makes you feel like a movie star, the staff are amazing and kind, it was our honeymoon and they brought us up cakes with 'congradulations'. The pool is great and easy walking distance to Butik Bintang

Will stay again, in fact wrtiting this review now is making us want to go again! Great breakfast
Restaurant Tip:
Eat at Din Tai Fung in the Pavillion building, only a short walk from the hotel and AMAZING food.

when you walk in, you see right away that this is a grand hotel, with backlit woodwork and chandeliers everywhere. the rooms themselves are fairly plain but comfortable, with good sheets and pillows of your choosing. the shower has one of those rain shower heads but tends to overflow. the breakfast buffet is varied and well-stocked but quality of food is a little chancey.
Restaurant Tip:
La Bodega is a great Spanish place in Paviliion Mall with an all-day breakfast.

The rooms and the toilets are really big compared to many hotels I've stayed in kl. setting of the room are very grand and gives you the real royals feeling with play of lightings. The rooms are very well maintained and the facilities in the hotel are numerous. The swimming pool is also rather huge. Setback is the wifi is slow. Walking distance to city centre.

Lovely hotel, classy and royal. The room was comfortable, clean, and quite big. Good sized bed and comfy. Great location, near pavilion. We enjoyed the free shuttle bus to KLCC. And also great buffet breakfast at warisan cafe, lots of variety food from Malaysian, Japanese, Indian, Western, Continental food to choose from! We stayed there for 3 nights and it was pleasant and enjoyable. My kids also love the pool so much. Very good value for money, definitely will stay again next time.

TotaLly dissappointed with the service. Called the Service Ctr at 9pm to ask for a bucket of ice cubes to be sent to the room but receive none. Called again at 10pm but stil never receive at all. Final call at 11pm still the same. Such a poor service with a bad attitude staff. Really regret it..
