The hotel was clean, well-maintained. A good variety of breakfast is something we look forward to every time we stay in this hotel. TV Channeld could be improved though. I cannot understand why there isn't a Tamil channel when Tamil is a language spoken in Malaysia! On the whole, the stay was fine.

I think it is really Great and fantastic hotel. The room is huge and the facilities are fully provides. I am unexpected and impressed about this hotel. The services of the people are so polite. With this accommodation price, I think i am hardly to get a hotel like this kind of style. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and relatives to try this hotel and services.
One thing I miss in this hotel is the swimming pool and Spa, because I was business trip and I don't have time to enjoy these 2 facilities.

Unfortunately the room was next to the elevator: quiet by itself, however much noise from other guests using it. Upon request no efforts were made to be relocated. Great breakfast (Buffet) and fantastic swimming pool area. Location is excellent; close to Pavillion shopping mall and walking distance to Bukit Bintang and KLCC. Great hotel for short stay, if not staying in room next to elevator.

Generally it's a good experience in terms of room size, restaurant selection, food quality, etc. However, the room may need to have pest control as there are ants in many parts of the room.

good location, hotel staff are very friendly with nice smiling face all the time, room size is big

Chulan located is very good location, quite yet just 5 mins u'll arrive busy shopping area, staff are nice, big and cormfortable room, i like the bigh bath room with shower and bath tab. Swimming pool is nice and spacious. Also 5 mins walk, u'll find very local restaurant where u can enjoy very traditional breakfast.
