even the standard room is quite big and luxurious.
staff at the frontdesk is very friendly and helpful
breakfast could be improved as some dishes were cold and the staff there is not very well trained.
service speed is extremely slow.
breakfast food selection could be better.
the staff who is in charge for arranging transport is unfortunately arrogant, unflexible and not very helpful.
TV program is good, swimming pool is nice.
Disco near the golf club is interesting....

italian restaurant location within the hotel saujana premises at a small and beautiful lake - food there is outstanding - staff is very friendly and extremely flexible

the room is comfort enough to stay for a short period. the food is nice

we spend most of the time outside from the hotel. however the foods are excellent and the hospitality of the staff was reasonable. Not too many people around thus more privacy.

for new year it is recommended to stay here as there will be firework show. it is safe as fire department is monitoring the whole process. small room might not fit family of 4.

During my check in, i was informed that my room has been upgraded to Executive Deluxe. the room was newly refurbish and i like the interior design which is simple but classy. Overall, was satisfied with my stay there.

hotel room is nice but the staff is a bit silly. we book two deluxe room , but they give us standard room. and still argue that the standard room is deluxe until i told them to check the agoda network than they change my room, but my friend didn't change.
Restaurant Tip:
That's nice Japanese restaurant beside is cheap and good, with climb visa can get 20% discount .
