Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

I have stayed a couple of times already in the past and still rate this hotel to be the best in the KL Starhill/Pavillion vicinity. The hotel itself is immaculate and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in all these years travelling. The staff is very courteous and helpful too.
Internet is not free-of-charge and cost a hefty connection fees of USD10++ per hour or USD20++ per day if you are a heavy user. I paid the latter due to the fact that I need to constantly check my email with a little web-surfings whenever I am in the room. Imagine paying USD20++ just for your email purpose. Totally ridiculous!
The hotel location is excellent if you are planning to shop in the famed Bukit Bintang area with StarHill Gallery and Pavillion just a stone-throw away. The room is comfortable, clean and modern and the staff attitude is one of the best I ever came across. But the only gripe I have with this hotel is the chargable in-room internet connection while next door JW Marriot has in-room free internet. If you are a casual internet user you could use the lobby/lounge free wireless connection service for this shortfall.
Shopping Tip : Just across the road of this hotel is the newly-built Pavillion Shopping Mall and the famed Starhill Gallery is just a block away next door.

Close to shopping centre with fabulous local food court, and great selection. Walking distance to MRT. Courteous friendly staff
We only booked for one night!
(Did not eat in hotel so no idea what dining is like)
We arrived around 9am and room was not ready- so being with toddler, they upgraded us. Help was fantastic- bags, cot etc....and they are not allowed to accept tips sadly.
Hotel was lovely and staff very professional and friendly.
Shopping Tip : Brand new covered shopping centre across the road with fantastic food court offering delicious range of local foods.

As we had to do it all in only one day, we booked a taxi through the hotel. For 50RM an hr, we got a chance to visit sites without the hassle of worrying about transportation.
