proximity to KLCC, ample carpark space, wide selection of breakfast buffet carpark can be better lit or painted although the breakfast buffet was supposed to end at 1030hrs, the staff were accommodative with us having to juggle to feed 3 children and did not mind us finishing our meal even till nearing 1100hrs.

Good BReakfast buffet Need to have extra supply of tissue papers The space is very well satisfied, the breakfast is great, the location is good, and good customer service. It has also a good view of the KLCC. It has a nice pool. Very POlite staffs. Need to ensure that new supply of tissue rolls and tissue box is being replenished and also leaving extra supply.
Shopping Tip : Very accessible locations to all shopping towns.

small elevator. construction just right beside the hotel. bad tv reception. dusty in room carpets.toilet is a bit disgusting to me. the hotels really need to be refurbished. I stayed in 2 bedroom superior. It dosen't really displays as what was proposed in the website. It's relatively cheap for the price that we payed so I couldn't complain much. It's about 10 mins walk to the petronas towers and the subway. A good location to catch the fireworks from the hotel window during new year every year.
All in all, it's suitable for families.
Nightlife Tip : Zouk and other nightclubs are around the corner.
