Nice rooms, slightly dated but clean. The 2 bedroom rooms are quite large. Good facilities within the hotel and very good breakfasts. Excellent location for access to local shopping and the rail system.

Aside from having problem in checking in because according to hotel they did not receive any booking, the receptionist were no help. rather than calling to check they ask me to call and verify it myself because if no confirmation is received before check out i need to pay the stay separately. i was so pissed that they asked me to wait 45 minutes just to inform me this. i have to inccur long distance charges. aside from this hassel the hotel is old and untidy, the 2 lift are slow and small. the rooms are big but old, no towels will be available upon check in you need to ask the housecleaning to get some. hot water was not working and breakfast was useless. i will definetly NOT go back.

The rooms were very spacious, complete with a living room, kitchen, and all the necessary utensils.
The hotel itself was somewhat hard to find at first, particularly because a search in google maps pointed us to the opposite side of the same road. After we found our way, though, it was a breeze to go to the malls, trains, and other places we wanted to go to.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! Lots of selections, including both malaysian and somewhat international food. And it's included in the room rate!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't trust the search in google maps. Rather, go to their site and check the location. That should be more accurate.

Great location but Very old hotel

this hotel have a very strategy location. it is allocated at the centre heart of the city. great night view to see a night scene of the city landmark klcc. 5min walk distance to acess klcc shopping mall. we stay at a 2 bedroom deluxe hotel suite. the room is look so old & not clean enough. you can smell a dust while u sleep at the maintain sheet. it seem to be the hotel never maintain well & long long time no visitor to stay for the room.

rooms are big & very reasonably priced but the rooms looks & feels very old & worn out. generally, the hotels' interior & exterior looks old as well. nevertheless, location is superb, close to klcc.

Big rooms, location relaitvely near trains, great breakfast

Rooms were very spacious, and came with all the necessary towels, soaps, even utensils, etc.
The view was great as well, since the hotel is walking distance from the Petronas Towers.
Breakfast was great, lots of viands to choose from and you get to taste Malaysian food as well.

Incredible location and value for money. Advantage for family stay. Rooms could smell better and avoid staying on the second floor. Poor view ( no view at all ) and poor access (for exit)

Right place to be in Kuala Lumpur

Best thing I like is the breakfast, lots of varieties. Location is just beside KLCC, so I parked my car at the hotel and walked to KLCC,takes me around 7 minutes. The musical fountain starts after dusk, which my children likes. If we are hungry at night, there is an Indian restaurant(24/7) along Jalan Ampang.(which is 4 minutes walk)

we arrived early by car and was allowed to checkin only after 1:30, which was fine with us as we can go straight to shopping spree at near by klcc.
check-in was a breeze without any difficulty, considering we have 7 adult and 2 children under 12.
a large living room and two big rooms, so moving around in this apartment is not a problem.
except a leaking a/c and wet flooring after that we had time super enjoying time bonding and eating at the zon.
Shopping Tip:
walking distance to klcc. near klcc station on putra line to sentral station and to bukit gombak station for the bus ride to genting.
