Upkeep of hotel was very lacking. Very poor maintenance.
Bathroom facilities ( toilet, bathtub, etc ) leaking water. How is it escape the eyes of the housekeeping is really beyond comprehend.
Room facilities outdated and poorly maintained.

i was here for a business trip around kl area. being given so many choices of hotels available in kl. i finally resorted to this zon hotel. since i will also be meeting another customers of mine the very next morning. the room is really well-kept and comfortable. hygiene is very well looked after and every inch of the room gives me real pleasant and comfortable stay. the room is big and spacious and definitely worth the price.

I have a good stay in this hotel. It is clean and quite near to KLCC. The room is quite big with a separate living room. I quite like the hotel as it is also quite near to LRT. However, the TV is quite old and did not have good channel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is quite near to KLCC. It is within walking distance of 10min.

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
I choose this hotel because the location that close to Suria Mall, Twin tower. Very close, we can walk just for 5 minutes.
You can walk cross to ampang park.
This hotel also close to a nice restaurant with affordable price.
If you are a moslem, this hotel is next to Asy Syakirin Mosque.
The things that I dont like is the hotel do not provide you with tooth brush. At the time , I have to buy in 7 eleven out side the hotel.
In addition, the equipment/furniture is little bit old.
If you are not a smoker, please choose the non-smoking room because the smell in smoking room is bad.
One more, bus stop for city bus or hop on-hop off bus is located just in front of the hotel.
The hotel also provide you with Taxi meter, but my suggestion: always make sure that your taxi is taxi meter.

the zon hotel provide you with nice kitchen (if you choose apartment room style). you can buy your stuff from suria mall (lower ground) then cook by yourself.

great location for the hotel

the location just right to klcc fans & easier to get public transport around the hotel. from previous staying experience with deluxe apartment in the zon, the room cleanliness & comfortable is getting compare time to time & may had to improve but that is still can acceptable for a short stay. overall, the service is great & they really try their best to serve with smile & better done in arrangement. thanks for all staff.

Nice hotel to stay if you want intention is to go around KL town and for sightseeing KL. Very close to night life area if you want to have fun in clubs at night. Taxi service is available for hotel guest and if you are driving, you should know and tolerate KL traffic.

Spacious apartment but hotel not easily accessible

The hotel is conveniently located along the shopping street
Bukit Bingtang. However, it is not easy to find the reception which is on level 5. And upon reachinvel 5, you still need to walk and search for the resetion.
And the shopping mall is closed at 2130 or 2200 hrs and the entrance is closed so you will have to find the side entrance for the elevator to the reception.
