i stayed there with my friends during conference at klcc. overall it was good. there were 4 of us and we are not much of complainers so we let some things slide. but few things i think the management should take note:
1. when we walked into the room it smelled a little moldy. the smell came from the red chairs in the living room. they should change the cover as they appeared dirty.
2. we ordered room service but the staff who bring the food to our room just walked inside to dining area without removing his shoes. the management should tell their staff to be more sensitive about this issue.
3. some electrical outlets in the room is not working and looked unsafe with wires sticking out of them.
