Great locations and big apartment
20 min walk to KLCC Suria

Staying in 2 rooms apartment for 2 nights.
The apartment is big enough for 2 families with children, complete with living room, dining area, and kitchen.
The hotel is quite old i guess, but well maintained. The only thing is that the corridor from the lift to the apartment is quite narrow.
Breakfast is not exclusive but enough varieties for you to choose from.
We have a good time there. Recommended for families outings.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
KLCC Twin Tower is just 20 min walk from the hotel. KLCC park is also a good place to go.

despite reaching very early in the morning, the hotel ensured that i get my room by 11:00 am. i was upgraded to executive suite, that was again a pleasant surprise. staff is very cordial and helping. rooms were big and cosy. for a business travelled like me, this is a very good hotel. will surely be coming back again. complementary breakfast was lavish and fulfulling.

Hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars, but 3 stars or even 2 stars.
Too pricy for an old run down hotel. Hotel room smells moldy.
Room was dusty. We asked for non-smoking room, but was given smoking room and told it was non-smoking at the counter. But when entered the room had ash tray and it was smelling stale tobacco. Demanded for another non-smoking room and was given. Quite environment quite dingy. Staff and service not up to standard. Room rate too high for an old, run down, dingy and unclean hotel.

old hotel but great location. next to klcc mosque. the hotel staff were helpful and polite. since sejadah are provided, they should also provide the sandal. the lift is too small & very slow.
Travel tip:
Make sure you print your Agoda voucher. They need the hard copy. If not, you can print using their PC located next to the counter.

Best 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at

This is the very first hotel I have stayed at through Agoda that I can actually give full 5 star marks too. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel - and it IS a very good 4 star hotel with the best location in KL. (right next to the towers) We could see the Petronas towers right from our window and everything about our stay including our breakfast was 4 stars all around.
Shopping Tip:
Right new to the towers! We went to Harrods for dinner one night and it was inexpensive.

hope they can fix the lock.
