The best thing abourt the hotel was the location ; within walking distances to the KLCC The breakfast was not so good not so much variety!! I was hesitating at the beginning then i found this hotel..It was good choice because internet was free in the rrom as well as its proximity to the shopping mall..I would choice it again..Even my family stated that they found it s very practical to stay there, epecially for the children..So, if children, it s highly recommended!!
Shopping Tip : Go to KLCC, u will find perfect goods and good quality of prices

near KLCC, free internet, value for money. no convenient store. you'll have to walk 10 mins to find one. breakfast is short of selections. its near KLCC, about 10-15 mins walk. The room is spacious and clean. Aircon's working fine so no worries about it. Come with relatively old towels. Free internet access is a huge plus point for those who are on a business trip. Staff is helpful enough to supply us with an additional bed, though the bed in the room is big and comfortable. It would be good if the hotel can have a convenient store round the corner. It is very inconvenient when you have to walk 10 mins to get a bottle of water.
Restaurant Tip : there is a foodcourt nearby where they serve really nice nasi bryani. Must try!

- can hear loud (pray/songs?) at dawn A really nice suite with large living area. Convenience location that I can visit Twins Tower everyday on foot. A little bit loud as a construction sites is besides (Jun 2009) but hadn't affect much as I was not staying in my room in day time. One thing need to mention that my room can hear very loud pray sound outside at dawn even all windows and doors are shut. I think the noise isolation need to have a great improvement to fix this case.

My stay there was comfortable and convenient as the room is spacious and very very clean,also having all the hot shopping spots within the vicinity.The staffs are friendly and approachable unlike Radius.My overall rating for this hotel is four out of five stars.

Huge Rooms, Walking distance to KLCC, Clean Breakfast can be better. No Non smoking floors Been staying at the Zon everytime we drive down to KL, Its value for money and the rooms are huge and clean .. its nicer then what you would imagine by comparing to Hotel facade is painted in many areas a horrible dark green colour.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there esp for big groups as there are also 2 bedroom suites. You can tell its definitely also a family hotel by the number of holidaying families at breakfast.
Shopping Tip : KLCC is within ten mins of walk thru the park. Avoid it late at night as its not safe.

Near Twin Tower and Big Spopping Mall The hotel is very near to Twin Tower and the big shopping mall. Easy to go to everywhere because they have bus stations in front of the hotel (both side).The room is ok., espacilly for executive 2 bed rooms where has a kitcheness.Very good for family who travel with young child older child.

All Suites Hotel, very near to KLCC (walking distance via the park). Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet amenities need to improve especially with the towels, usually the hand towels are not provided and you need to call housekeeping for it. The general upkeep of the hotel is quite poor as you can see the deterioration of the premises although it is still in acceptable condition. The buffet breakfast is quite bad as the quality is poor and selection not as good as before. We stayed in Zon no less then 5 times prior to this review and reason being that for the suite room we are paying it is a pretty good deal and very near to KLCC.
The hotel is deteriorating and the general upkeep can be improved but given the price, one can argue you cannot ask for anymore or much, I will continue to stay at the Zon if I want to be near to KLCC although I must say there are a few things we hope Zon can do a better job on ...
1 Buffet Breakfast ... the quality is getting worst, seems like the hotel is trying to cut cost, by replacing meat in the dishes with vegetables eg the curry chicken that used to come with the nasi lemak is gone. Most of the items are really scrapingly okay so we ended up eating only once out of the three nights we stayed in for this trip.
We switched room as the initial room's aircondition was not working well and the room felt really stuffy.
Towels are really quite old and used and the hotel should consider replacing them and it would be nice if housekeeping can remember to provide hand towels as I have to ask for them in all my trips.
Overall, despite some of the grouses we have, Zon is pretty decent for the money we pay.
Shopping Tip : Very near to KLCC (within walking distance).

Carpet in room was dirty there was food spots everywhere. You have to call many time for house keeping to clean your room. Window in one room was broken and open!
