very enjoyable and will return there again. Liked having a suite for the price of a room elsewhere, staff were friendly and helpful and pool was really nice. Being close to KLCC and the park was also very nice. Hotel entrance is the 'wrong way around' though but I guess that's historical! Breakfast was Ok but could be better. Internet in room was poor and that lets it down but all in all was a nice hotel

great location,walking distance to klcc and near to kl shopping areas

I would say the worst hotel i've ever stayed ...because the wifi wasn't working...ask for help...a girl came few times...tried so many times...wasn't working still and say sorry and went...request for large bed couldnt get...asked to combine twin beds and the beds wasnt comfortable at all...very noisy and can hear each and every single move of my neighbour room was very annoying and irritating....the best was at night 12pm the electricity went off and was suffering of warm and sweat...and it's like on and off the electricity on and off.....never had a proper sleep either....really had worst experience!!!

Hard to find entrance but location was good.

Room was on 19th floor with a nice view. Location is good as you can walk directly to Twin Towers, Trains and other modes of transport.
There are better values in the area to choose from.

With the park currently being renovated, it doesn't seem to be a good place to stay right now. However, walking down the back way will get you very close to Petronas Tower. It's a pretty safe walk so you can stay pretty late and enjoy the lights of the twin towers and have a leisurely walk home.

10mins walk through the back door of the hotel will lead you to KLCC Park, an integral part of the KLCC. Hotel is showing signs of age and renovation is needed. No TV remote in the bedroom. Can only watch TV in the living room as the remote is struck to the living room coffee table with a wire. NO wifi in the room. Only LAN cable is provided.
