Families with older children Australia, May 12, 2013	Great location on top of a mall and the monorail View of Petronas towers; good shopping mall; choice of restaurants 7 We largely enjoyed our stay here. The hotel sits on top of a large shopping mall and there are a large number of restaurants to choose from as a result (the Malay restaurant just downstairs from the hotel was excellent). The mall has an inside amusement park (roller coaster etc), archery range, bowling etc so our son loved it. The view from our apartment of the Petronas towers was excellent. On the negatives, the large fabric couch and many piles of plastic flowers were so dusty that I and my son spent the whole three days with swollen eyes and running nose whenever in the apartment. We also choose apartments so that we can wash clothes and do a little cooking - particularly as this was just a three day stop over on a longer trip. The stove and washing machine had both been removed so this was not possible. The apartment and furniture were old and worn, but comfortable (apart from the dust).

Business travelers Singapore, May 04, 2013	Convenient location but disappointing Location, large room, next to shopping mall. 6 To summarize the entire stay, it's one of the worst hotel I've stay in KL. Need to call upon arrival to wait more than 30minutes for a staff to assist you on checking-in, staff at lobby refused to provide any assistance. Had to follow the staff from lobby to office to room to office then back to the room to check in. The cleanliness was average but one of the toilet bowls was choked, no one came for the repair during my entire stay. During check out, the staff came over to our room and persistently request me to write good reviews about my stay! I'm definitely glad that I was there for only one night!
