Friendly Staff, recommended for family stay
We had great experience staying in this service suite ! The room was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with microwave and freeze.

Our kids love the swimming pool so much and had great time at playground^ ^The staff were very friendly and willing to help~especially the lovely lady named Vicky. She help us to check in early at 11am and upgraded our room without any additional charge!Beside, shopping mall are within the hotel compound. Love staying at Berjaya Time Square, we definately will come back again!!!

Great location with spacious hotel room

The hotel is located near to major shopping and dining districts. Amazing city view from the spacious hotel room, with a very nice swimming pool (Shared with Times Square Hotel). Very family friendly and value for money =D

Great location on top of a mall and the monorail

We largely enjoyed our stay here. The hotel sits on top of a large shopping mall and there are a large number of restaurants to choose from as a result (the Malay restaurant just downstairs from the hotel was excellent). The mall has an inside amusement park (roller coaster etc), archery range, bowling etc so our son loved it. The view from our apartment of the Petronas towers was excellent. On the negatives, the large fabric couch and many piles of plastic flowers were so dusty that I and my son spent the whole three days with swollen eyes and running nose whenever in the apartment. We also choose apartments so that we can wash clothes and do a little cooking - particularly as this was just a three day stop over on a longer trip. The stove and washing machine had both been removed so this was not possible. The apartment and furniture were old and worn, but comfortable (apart from the dust).

Convenient location but disappointing

To summarize the entire stay, it's one of the worst hotel I've stay in KL. Need to call upon arrival to wait more than 30minutes for a staff to assist you on checking-in, staff at lobby refused to provide any assistance. Had to follow the staff from lobby to office to room to office then back to the room to check in. The cleanliness was average but one of the toilet bowls was choked, no one came for the repair during my entire stay. During check out, the staff came over to our room and persistently request me to write good reviews about my stay! I'm definitely glad that I was there for only one night!

Even though the suite was a bit tired, (needs some updating), it was clean and the ladies (Alisa) that did daily clean were very friendly and helpful. The apartment perfect for families and great location. View was awesome. Room 4018.

The kitchenette is really only a microwave and a mini-fridge so you can;t really cook. But there are plenty of excellent restos all around. No problem and did not need staff during the stay. We did call the a couple of times for information and they were very responsive.
