Great hotel and good value for money

Went to KL to get my Thai visa in place. The hotel is well situated and it only took me a few minutes to get to the visa-service. My family and I stayed in one of the club rooms which was a good decision. We used the club facilities and enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktail / snacks (just like a dinner buffet). Great place to stay and will surely pick this hotel again if returning to KL.

Pros: Contemporary hotel. Nicely appointed and very comfortable room, set up for leisure and business travelers. Large and clean room, great bed and pillows, very nice bathroom with separate tub and shower areas. Terrific hotel amenities in the lounge area, including: breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour. Beautiful views of KL City Centre and the Petronas Towers at all hours of the day. Very cool SkyBar on the top floor of the hotel, though extremely expensive for drinks.
Cons: In-room wi-fi was very poor. Strange lobby where reception is on the 5th floor rather than ground floor.

Near Suria shopping centre. Good location with views to twin towers. Reasonable price, great breakfast. Service was helpful and accessible. Hotel facilities were very good. Very close to various shopping precincts and sightseeing landmarks.

The hotel has an excellent location just accross the Petronas Towers. Rooms are good and clean. Restaurants serve good food and the SkyBar has great views and a very nice atmosphere.

Great hotel in a spot on location. The staff at check in were really friendly and the room was very comfortable. the wifi signal was a bit hit and miss but overall a highly recommended hotel.

i stayed there as i was attending a function in the exibirion center, it is with in walking distance, the hotel staff were not helpfule at all, the service is average. my cheek in needed more than 45 minutes. the internet was slow as well. will not go there again

The exhibition center is next to the hotel you can walk there and no need for a taxi as it is almost part of the building, the location is grate you can access many areas mainly by taxi as taxi were always waiting in the front area, car parking is free in the hotel if you are driving a car you need to ensure that you stamp your gate Pass card if not you will have to pay 50 RMB

best location in kl downtown, walking to klcc less than 5 minits with convenient facilities and transportation around the hotel, the most excited part of this hotel is sky bar where located on the top of the hotel, it offers a full and best view of klcc night view.
the price is worth for the quality of the hotel in every aspects and we truely had a memorable time in traders hotel.

We stayed in the Executive Suite which has a separate living area. More immportantly, we were given access to the Traders Lounge on level 33. Free cocktails from 5pm !! And the breakfast has great selection of food. Location is great too. Walking distance to both the KLCC and Pavillion Mall. The pool on level 32 has breathtaking view !

The hotel is located very near to KLCC, they even have a shuttle that customers could hop on and going through the park and directly go to KLCC. You don't have to go through massive parking problems or walk... Very good hotel...
