Had a pleasant stay here - ate buffet dinner in the restaraunt which was varied and lovely. Also had the buffet breaky which was excellent.
Room was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We stayed on the 31st floor which had amazing views.
It wasn't a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. The computers on the business level are modern and fast.
This hotel is definetly targeted towards business travellers but we enjoyed our stay as the last night of a long holiday.
There was a minor mix-up with our baggage on departure but it was handled professionally by Fred the manager who put us at ease.
Restaurant Tip:
The raspberry mojito was absolutely amazing!!!

my partner and i were there for a tradeshow at klcc. it was definitely a great choice as our hotel is right next to the convention centre, with the shopping centre just w few minutes work further down. klcc has a beautiful park and fountain as well, so we could get some greenery amidst the town area. hotel room was not very big but definitely comfortable. overall we enjoyed our stay. would choose to stay there again next time even if it is just for a holiday.

Comfortable room with perfect twin tower view. The staff is friendly and caring! And the lobby is located at the fifth floor not g floor. The hotel is clean and it's excellent with the twin tower view stay! I will visit it again as this is the best hotel I ever visit in kl and also the night view is just so perfect!
Nightlife Tip:
Visit the sky bar at 33th floor!

it has perfect view to the petronas tower and it is so convenient wherever we want to shop or get fed.
we are a family of 3. when the king size bed was out, they upgraded us to the suite and gave us an extra bed. the food in the lounge was GREAT too!!!
overall we love the service.
