amazing hotel,1 have stayed in several hotels on this trip from Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Goa Singapore to Malaysia. and this hotel was the best one so far. will deffinately return.

Really nice place to stay - short or long stays
The view of the towers and the cleanliness

we only stayed for one night but would stay again and recommend to everyone. the hotel was perfect from beginning to end. easy check in / out, the room was nice and was already set up with the extra beds we ordered and the location was fantastic with great views of petronas towers. we will be going back to the hotel for our next and longer visit to kl. we did not get the chance to check out the area but it looked nice.

my stay was terrible. i had a 'club' floor room, not as an upgrade (meaning i paid for it). the room was nice enough but it didn't have consistent mobile phone coverage. i could leave the room and talk on my mobile. but, when i got back to my room, it would lose signal. not good. when i asked to move to another room, i was told that the hotel was 'full.' when i was out of the hotel for a couple of hours, i called their reservations desk. they had nearly every type of room available for the evening for a new booking. i also booked a mercedes limousine for an early morning airport drop off. it was confirmed by concierge at one price. 15 minutes later, i received a call stating that because i was departing so early (5:30am), the price would be 50% more (even after receiving a confirmation at one price). at no time did the staff try to apologize or make up for the mistakes or inconveniences. in short, i was lied to twice and i will never stay with this chain again. frankly, i don't roll 'cheapo' and i don't ask for handouts. so, being treated like this because of (1) laziness (2) lack of training or (3) complete ignorance, is unacceptable. there is nobody to blame but the hotel's management for such instances. disappointing, to say the least.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't ever stay at this hotel. There are much nicer 5 star properties in KL to enjoy (who will actually treat you with respect and accommodation).

Fantastic staff,great location .
Best choice of dishes for breakfast I have ever seen in any hotel!

Excellent hotel,very good indeed ! Their choice of artwork in my bedroom was not to my taste and the carpet in my bedroom had numerous ripples in it for some reason.
Traders Club floor very good indeed with the evening cocktails and snacks, stunning views as well.
This really is a super hotel and the breakfast buffet on floor 5 is quite amazing.

In all a very positive experience at a quite modest price.
Our room with the most sensational view over the Petronas Twin Towers was absolutely stunning.
The afternoon tea and cocktail hours with the dresscode: smart casual was also an extra plus.
Also very close to the nearest Hopon Hopoff stop so it is easy to get a sightseeing tour.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The nightclub at the Trader´s was chosen the best in KL in 2010.

A truly 5 star hotel

we had a wonderful relaxing weekend staying at the traders. the staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. the breakfast spread was extensive with local and international choices. we also enjoyed having our complimentary afternoon tea at the traders club lounge on the 32nd floor. wifi was available throughout the weekend.
as the hotel is located right in the heart of klcc, the mall was a few minutes' walk away. the walk is sheltered all the way.
