Lovely hotel, Helpful staff
Great view of the twin towers, good food, friendly staff.

Great hotel, I was there to attend the Power Exhibition, which is attached to the hotel, easy undercover walk. close to shopping mall, bars and restaurants, good Irish bar close by,hotel food very good buffet breakfast something for everybody. I have stayed at Shangri La in Singapore KL is equally as good.
Restaurant Tip:
Evening meals excellent the food is good fresh and plentiful.

very smooth operation, couldn't fault it
room good size, clean,big shower, temp for sleeping great, roof pool superb, breakfast best ever

as above, almost couldn't fault it. the only complaint i could have which maybe due to malaysian law is taxes and service fee put onto meals and drinks on top of the menu prices. a cocktail for 30 ringer on menu becomes 45 on bill.
probably the best hotel i've ever stayed in, thought of everything and maintained well

food republic at bottom of Pavillion shopping complex amazing diverse food hall

Great hotel with corporate feel

(3 days 2 night stay)
Upon arrival of the hotel, check-in seems to be seamless but lots of guests at the lobby. Room looks really good and I loved the bathroom.
I'll definitely come back again!!!

Amazing Location and The Hotel Was Even Better

Traders Hotel was exactly what we wanted. The location was amazing, we had a club room with tower views and we almost didn't want to leave the room. The roof top sky bar is a must as is the buffet breakfast which was one of the best I have had. Well worth the stay
Shopping Tip:
Visit KLCC shopping centre for brands, chinatown and central market for bargains

Modern and clean hotel
modern design and clean image. right in front of greens of klcc park

we stayed for one night. its convenient location and modern & clean interior at reasonable price was good choice. i stayed at holiday inn, but it was old and don't believe it was that cheaper either. if you are travelling by train, you can take subway from klcc station which is right below klcc shopping mall. i didn't get to the twin-tower view, but it should be magnificent!

Great Location but not the best service

The hotel is located in a great location in Kuala Lumpur. I had a suit it was very nice with a great view on the twin towers although it was a little bit small.
What I hated about the hotel is their staff friendliness. They have a careless attitude towards residents. They do the minimum required from them, which is unfortunate for a five stars hotel. I really expected a high quality service but got almost none.

this hotel was in a great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I found the pool upstairs was too hot and stuffy and would have preferred an outdoor pool. I booked knowing it was inside, but didnt realise how sticky it would be - had no interest in swimming in it. i also found the room a little dated considering the cost of the room. we were upgraded to a garden view which also had the towers as a back drop which was fantastic, but nothing really to sit on to kick back and enjoy the view. We only ate breakfast the once, it was amazing, but couldnt do it every day - unfortunately you tend to sit on top of each other, so that was a draw back.

staff was very friendly, room was clean however there was just one set of shampoon, conditioner and shower gel.in the morning will will be up at 6am for the pray with no choice. we were not even aware about this.if you are muslim it is ok but if you are not that it is a big problem.

the hotel has a great location. just next to the klcc exhibition halls. great if you are attending a convention there.
other than the location, the hotel has limited restaurants. there is a complimentary buggy service that takes you to klcc suria. but no restaurants within walking distance.
