Staff is not very friendly. I did request to have a room over looking twin tower through agora but unfortunately they gave me twin room with city view.
There was an incident at night while I went to sky bar. I asked the waitress if I could seat near the window which has a good view overlooking twin tower. She said yes - but the other waitress called Ida approach me with a rude manner saying that I could not seat there as the seat was reserved for someone else.
I was really an annoyed and I knew the fact that as soon as the person left the table anywhere near the window they quickly put the sign SEAT ARE TAKEN. I said that I stay in this hotel and should be a priority to seat there. It was not busy that night.

Great location and excellent service.
Comfortable and quiet rooms. Efficient and friendly staff. Fantastic views of the Petronas Towers.

upgraded to club room and it was well worth it. the views are amazing and you get the benefits of the lounge ie cocktails, breakfast etc. the staff are so helpful and can't do enough for you.
it is also very well situated. the only downside for us was the skybar as it is a smoking zone. why??
you can smell the cigarette smoke as you walk in the door and this deterred us from spending much time there.
despite this, would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we hope to stay again.

the hotel is close to the cbd and twin towers. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and service was fantastic. the views from the rooms are incredible and the skybar amazing. rooms and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

This was a really wonderful stay in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. We couldn't hear any noise from outside or in the passage-way. The service is perfect and the buggy service was a really nice surprise.
People at the reception are very kind and polite.
The hotel is located very close to many mustsee places.
A great hotel to stay in while in Kuala Lumpur.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Recommend this hotel to everyone since it is close to many shopping areas. Twin towers are right round the corner and other sights are also near.

the family loved the breakfast and the cocktail lounge and its f&b

even the room for a suite hotel kind of small, but it was well compensated with good variety of food. i'm quite familiar with the hotel, as it has been several time stay at this hotel, but still the service is kind of imaculate.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You all Gotta try stay at the hotel during new year celebration or malaysia independence day, as fire works kind of awesome......

the hotel is located in very close distance to the kl city center and petronas towers. cart service to the towers from the hotel. perfect and professional staff behaviour, good food and selection in the restaurant on 5th floor. hotel is very clean, perfect management.

Kuala Lumpur City Centre and nearby Pavilion are shopping heaven. Unbelievable!

Bed was very luxurious and large. The view from our side of the building wasn't the best but I feel or stay was great value for the price. You can pay more and get KLCC view but you can get the same view from the swimming pool on level 33
Shopping Tip:
Kuala Lumpur City Centre and nearby Pavilion are shopping heaven. Unbelievable!
