The hotel has the amazing features in the heart of KLCC.. From the hotel interior upto the smallest details of the room are taking extra care to provide excellent service to every client... The rooms are very clean and well arranged... Staff are so kind and friendly..

Really enjoyed my stay at a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Just one thing disappointed me.... no outdoor pool?! When I am on holidays, I love to read a book lying in the sun in a banana lounge by a pool and was so disappointed to find they didnt have one. The have an indoor lap pool instead which just isnt the same. I wouldnt actually stay at this hotel again because of this, which is such a shame given what a lovely hotel it is.

Great hotel and a great location.
Hotel comfort, close to twin towers, close to aquarium.

this hotel was fantastic. it's close to the twin towers, walking distance to the other shopping centers such as bukit bintang, sungai wang, lot 10 and so on. good food. however, be prepared to pay for the food and services.

If you just want to see the Petronas Twin Towers, this is an awesome place to stay at. It was really relaxing to see the towers esp at night.
Travel tip:
there's a free shuttle (i think they call it buggy)in front of Suria mall that will send you to the hotel and the timing is between 15-20mins but if you happen to miss the free ride, it's only 5-min walk from suria mall.

Nice hotel, great staff, fab views
Trader's Lounge was great as was Skybar. Lovely breakfast.

Fantastic view and we highly recommend the Traders Club for afternoon tea and cocktails. The Skybar was also awesome. Staff were incredibly helpful and the room was stylish and well-maintained but maybe looking a tad faded. All in all we were very happy with our stay and see this hotel as great value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We really enjoyed the sightseeing bus as it takes you all around the city for only about AUD$13. Great for a short stay in KL.

good location, adjacent to klcc and accessed via a shuttle service or covered walkways. booking and checkout services are very efficient and are located seperate from the hotel foyer.

enjoyed the view across the park to the twin-towers. the resturant food was good and with excellent service.
the staff are all well trained, friendly and helpful - made us feel very welcome.
Restaurant Tip:
Have an a-la-carte breakfast if you don't want the full buffet.
The business centre has excellent computer/wi-fi access.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend if you are looking at staying just outside the hectic central area of KL. The views of the towers were amazing and the rooms were small but well appointed. The gym is worth a visit if only for the views! The restaurant of the hotel was very expensive, pretentious and very average.
