I did not have small change to pay for my taxi fare upon arrival at the hotel. The staff who received me willingly took my 50 dollar bill and brought me small change after running up to the reception lobby. He was smiling at all times. I am extremely appreciative of this gesture.
Restaurant Tip:
Steak Served at the Restaurant were correctly cooked.

it is very good location for business travelers, just close to the convention center, petronas towers and shopping mall. i recommend to order room with view to the towers, very nice scenery of the garden and towers. the hotel has very good business facilities with various size of meeting rooms. very helpful staff.

great club floor, worth every penny

traders is a great location, with a shuttle to the shopping centre klcc. the club floor rooms, and the club lounge are a great way to start or end a holiday - nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. after a two night stay we went off elsewhere for a week, only to be greeted by name on our return, with a free upgrade as well.

Great Hotel with excellence hospitality

I stayed 3 nights with my kids for holiday. They like very much with the view of Twin Tower. We enjoyed with the hospitality of all staffs. The room is big and clean, good food in the restaurant. The swimming pool is a bit small and less convenience.
Travel tip:
Recommended hotel for business and leisure, easy for shopping and close to public transport

hotel is located within klcc area and it's overlooking petronas twin towers. it has free shuttle service that can take guests to the shopping mall.

this hotel is fantastic. i upgraded my hotel room and was able to be extremely surprised by the features in the hotel room. its was more like a 2 bedroom with 2 flat screen tv's, the bathroom is spacious and clean. the bar on top of the hotel is fantastic and gives a great view onto the petronas towers. the breakfast is great, but extra. all in all, worth the money...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
petronas towers and KL city centre with good restaurants.

i stayed in a traders club room for 3 days in june 2011. it is definitely worth getting a room with a view of the twin towers, very lovely especially at night.
the spa is located above the skybar and pool, so can be very noisy, with either music (or sound checks) or children playing in the pool - if you want super relaxation you should try another of kls spas.
i would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and next to the conventional center. They provide free shuttle service from the hotel to KLCC. Ample Car park for those who are driving. The rooms are ok but the furniture is a bit old. Go out to the 33 floor and you will see a sky bar for you to chile out.
