highly recommended! smooth check-in, friendly and helpful staff. room was massive with petronas tower view. super king bed was very comfortable! high speed internet. skybar was awesome!
Hotel Feature Tip:
if i could say one thing about traders is its fabulous location. only a 5 min walk to pavilion and bukit bintang, it's the place to be. rooms are spacious and the service outstanding. they have regular buggy drop off and pickup to nearby suria klcc which is quite handy. it certaintly beats walking in the hot humid weather! and last but not least, sky bar. renowned for it's amazing views of the twin towers, it's a must visit!

Good location n good service
good location, beside the beautiful klcc and park. 5 minutes walk to pavilion shopping centre. secured carpark and free buggy service to klcc.

friendly staff, luxurious hotel with possibly the best view of klcc from the hotel room. beautiful klcc park beside hotel, good for morning exercise with large pool and children playground.

Every moment of my stay there was wonderful. I went there because the original hotel i booked in was not a quality hotel. My bags had been left and I had to wait 4 days for my bags to arrive. The staff was amazing including providing me with a kit with clothes and supplies to get me through the days I was waiting.
Travel tip:
Take bags with you on the plane, don't check them.

Great hotel with good location and great staff

I have stayed at Traders many times and I like the hotel. It has a good location if you are going to work in the Petronas twin towers or attending a convention. If you stay at club level you get a great view of the towers both day and night. I also find the service to be very good.

the room is excellent, but wifi is as good as I thought. location is convinent for shopping and food. bathroom big enough and have bathtab..so you can enjoy the stay

great place to stay if you want to be somewhere near klcc. has amazing breakfast buffet. recommend that you get a room upgrade to view the towers and have brekki included (and afternoon tea and cocktails!).

Everything about our stay was great. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, and it's right across the park from KLCC (the twin towers). We had a great view of the towers from our room. The hotel offers a continuous shuttle between the hotel and KLCC should you not want to take the 10 minute walk through the park.

My husband and I are very pleased with our stay at Traders Hotel. The hotel prepared a birthday cake for my husband, even though we did not request for it. In addition, I left an item behind and the hotel specially delivered it to another location in KL for me to retrieve it at my convenience. The buffet breakfast spread is very good too. The hotel room is nice, clean and spacious, and has a beautiful view of the Twin Towers.

generally good impression especially with front office staff but coffee house staff needs more training and attention to detail.
shower in bathroom was not good as the shower head overhead was too tall. also the hand held shower utility was not working properly.
Shopping Tip:
Nearest to KLCC is a plus for shoppers
