Overall I like the location of the hotel. It provides free buggy services to klcc make shopping so easy. I will revisit this hotel if I'm coming to kl.

The Traders is a hip hotel that provides a wonderful experience. We had a great Christmas morning breakfast buffet there and they even put a Christmas cup cake for each us in our room. We spent Christmas Eve in the Sky Lounge and had a great time. The staff were in a party mood and it was contagious.
I would look forward to staying there again.
Nightlife Tip:
The Sky Lounge is the place to have a drink or two and bask in the wonderful night view of KL

the room layout is spacious and the design of the room is above the class of a 4-star hotel. bathroom design is spectacular and it has everything a tourist need to complete his stay.
there's a buggy service running frequently during daytime that allow hotel guest to depart to/from klcc making our shopping trip with ease.
overall we're pleased with the hotel services and truly there's really nothing to complain about.

This stay was good because of the excerllent view. The rooms are standard but the view of the park and the towers makes all the difference. As usual the staff are friendly but some of the senior front office staff seem a bit aloof and arrogant. I have been noticing this change lately. The amenities such as the bath speaker and ice machine were broken. Otherwise, everything is good.
Shopping Tip:
Go early to Suria - about 9.30 - when there is less of a crowd and you can probably get an hour of peaceful shopping done before the rush

strategic location, easy excess within the goldren triangle of KL, beautiful view from the room of the twin tower. professional staff with excellent service and good choice & tasty breakfast. the General Manager of the hotel and his team has good vision and mission for the hotel. we are a very satisfied guests:)

love the view of petronas right infront of our bed, super love the bathroom and bed!!!

we celebrated our first christmas as a married couple at thsi hotel and everything was perfect!
Our room is fantastic! I love everything about the room, the christmas eve buffet was fab! It's worth the money we paid, we were even surprise to see the christmas cupcake next to our bed when we get back from the christmas dinner.
Travel tip:
we're just wuite disappointed with skybar, so we ended up drinking in our fab room!

I stayed there for only 1 night but it was the best sleep i've ever had and I didn't want to wake up from sleep. The bed is so comfortable and the layout of the rooms is just spectacular.
