Fantastic Hotel with First class Service

i cannot praise this hotel enough.
from check in to check out, the staff where top notch.
the buffet breakfast is something else. the choice is amazing and the quality is by far the best i have ever had in any hotel around the world.
nothing was too much trouble and all our wants were catered for.
the room was fantastic and the speaker in the bathroom that played sound from the tv in the lounge area of the room was a fantastic idea and made relaxing in the bath a delight.
i will be staying here again

Stayed over new year and was impressed by service, amazing view of fireworks over Petrona Towers out of bedroom window and lovely food, couldn't have asked for more.

it is located close to twin tower and garden, which provided us fantastic night view. the general atmosphere of the hotel is refined. the room service is recommendable in terms of price and taste. the accessibility into the center of the k.l is another benefit that this hotel provides.

If you are going to be in KL for New Year 2013, Book c club room at this hotel its the only place to be on New Year's Eve. Its the best view in town, staff fantastic and great atmosphere.

Stayed on club floor.. however there is one problem on the higher level floors you can not escape the music from the sky bar.. which to say the least is over the top loud. So recommend stay lower lever.

Attentive staffs with amazing city view
Staffs,Location,Great view of the twin towers and walking distance to all shopping and major attractions.

Upon Arrival,staffers have been very attentive and upgrade me to the Twin Tower view room which was great.All staffs were very attentive and friendly.The bar side swimming pool was a bit cold but very nice to swim in.The room was very comfortable and quiet,excellent ambience and service overall.

Great hotel, with parks, malls and conference halls on the doorstep. Great for any type of traveller.

We loved our stay at the hotel.
It was luxurious, had a great park on the doorstep for the smaller childretrendy sky bar for the adults, close to the twin towers for shopping, great room and staff.

Great location, great service
Perfect location viewing Petronas Tower with wonderful breakfast--free, and afternoon tea refreshment, and smiles were plentiful from the staff.

This hotel is the perfect location viewing the Petronas Tower. Walking distance to the convention center, and most of the shopping districts. It is also walkable to the monorail and metro. Convenient location. Very clean, ample of personal amenities and sky bar is right on the top of the building. Staff were very helpful when asking directions and always with lotsa smiles. Bed is very comfortable. A bit pricey when not On Promo.
